Would anyone know any addon that would advise recommended levelling range when hovering over zones on world map? e.g. 10-20 for Westfall
I’m rusty when it comes to remembering levelling zones on my own

I’m sure there’s such an addon, but I don’t know of it I’m afraid. However, there are plenty of lists on wowwiki etc which completely describe the recommended levels for every zone in the game. This might be enough for your needs instead of needing to install an addon.
Questie will do something close; your world map will have ? markers on it for things that are within your sensible range. I believe there’s an option to show all quests even if they’re beyond you.
Pretty sure cartographer does that, might have TBC cartographer tho.
Leatrix Maps will show you the dungeon and zone levels.
