Very well, there is still half a cup of coffee in the glass, when they drink it, they will make a diagnosis, for now coffee brake 
There is no SLA for game so they ignore players exacly same was in WoW, i played 12 years there was so many problems like thisā¦ and we waitingā¦ and waitingā¦

Itās 12:04 and I still donāt have any changes! I created a topic 1,5 hours ago about this and I was rerouted to this Forum. So awesome! We all have the same problem! yay! -Note the sarcasm- Itās nice that itās actually only the EU Seasonal Servers thatās getting this hit. Feeling a bit Picked on?
I would assume it is not something simple as a server restarting else it wouldāve been solved?
Please fix it faster is already half of day off. Very poor SLA implementation.
We better Get some Useful kind of Compensation for this! We are losing time! precious Seasonal Time!!

Only issue is with seasonal characters. Playing with no seasonal ones all good.
Iāll bet they give us one primal of our choice ^^

Looks like itās the same issue that was around in 2017. same code and for EU Seasonal only i think.
This game is always exp problems during holidays.
You dont pay for game time like in WoW so they cbaā¦
But the most funny i see many times in 12 years playing wow when Blizzard destroy WoW servers for many hours and dont give anything like game time or somethingā¦ so donāt expect any compensation.
You really think there is SLA in Blizzard ?
