Doesn't enter the game HS: NGRESULT DB ERROR: 303: 0

As some have noted this appears to be an account issue and we’re working hard to resolve it for affected players as quickly as possible.

In the meantime we’d ask that you refrain from submitting tickets about it, as Customer Support has no way to help with this directly, and it only makes it more difficult to address other issues.

I definitely understand how frustrating it is being locked out of the game and we do appreciate your patience while we continue to work on this!

3rd day cant login to eu server from my account, only na and asia.
But from friends account is all good from my pc…

Had this for a few days also, any timeline on a fix Blizzard?

It’s even more frustrating for people who spent money on this thing. I’m kinda f2p though, but I was curious about these new battle ready decks so I thought why not to try. So I purchased a deck and right after that boom, I was locked out. It’s been happening already for more than 24 hours.

Also it’s frsutrating to miss out all the free daily tasks… Every day you’ll receive free daily tasks which we are not able to complete. Now that’s additional effort to catch up with the lost free daily tasks. Affected accounts should be compensated for that.

I have the same problem… on PC and IPhone.

Ist feels like we get NO help !!!

Its likely due to not affecting everyone, but just a small part of the community. It feels weird that this is an error code shown before and they dont seem to have any idea how to fix it. They could atleast give us an ETA if they have one, or admit they have no clue.

Cannot open hearthstone on both PC and Mobile. The following error code is thrown: HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0. Its already the third day. This is already getting annoying. I guess this happens to only a couple of hundred players, and this definetely should be compensated to all of us. 3 days cannot get into the game to play the new update, do quests, etc. This is simply unacceptable.

the same thing I can’t play and no solutions

I don’t want to complicate things further but it seems to me that our accounts have been deleted. The problem does not seem to be related to the server and this is the only logical explanation for the delay in the solution.

Hope this is getting resolved soon, been 3 days already.

I’m having the same issue, 2 days in a row now.
Can’t log in EU server, however NA and Asia works …

Sadly my account is in EU and I would like to be able to play on it!

lets hope not, so many hours en money for nothing then.

This is a problem on Hearthstone’s end, the database with your data could not be reached with the path given, any user action will not work, this is serverside.
