šŸ¦„ High Elves will be playable by the end of Midnight

You should pick up that fight with Blizzard and their writing, not people pointing out the stupidity of it all.

Now stop spreading out of context fakenews.

I am not fighting Blizzard since they are the Devs and it is their game. They say we are Horde and that is fine. Was done so almost 20 years ago. Grow up and accept it.

Please follow your own advice.
You just randomly take something a guy says (out of context mind you) and then you say that ā€œALL HIGH ELF FANATICS WANT TO STEAL SILVERMOON FROM THE HORDEā€ - utterly unhinged.

Blizzard is the one writing the slop you’re so vehemently against.

There is no slop. Silvermoon is not neutral. Supported by all evidence we have so far from the Midnight Beta. It is your job to provide arguments why that should change. Your feelings being hurt and you hating my faction is not a solid argument however.

I have literally never done that. So don’t lie about me Erevien.
I want us to be able to pick our race and then pick our faction. Freedom to play the race we want with the faction we want. That’s what I would like.

Anyway, just because one fantatic asks for that, doesn’t mean everyone does.
Just like you tend to ask for things that ā€˜normal horde enthusiasts’ even think is over the top and silly.

Probably not no. It was still a mistake though. That’s what I’m saying.
They should have actually just given both factions elves back then; blood elves for the horde, high elves for the alliance; and a story that explains this rift between these people who are essentially the same, but with different loyalties and convictions.

But yeah, they didn’t do that. We got stupid ugly spacegoats instead.
A mistake.

I’m going to throw this right back at you when you once again start whining about how the horde is mistreated or some character dies that you like.

Draenei aren’t ugly. You take that back

This is what you’re doing, lmao.

Half the time you’re having unsubstantiated arguments in your head, taking something someone said out of context and then portraying it as though it’s a ā€œhigh elf argumentā€.

Blizzard wrote the story of Elven Unification, and Blizzard is telling us that there will be Alliance presence in the city because Alliance Thalassian Elves are allowed to stay. Take it up with them.

There is no unification. Once the Void is defeated we all go back to normal. There won’t be a continued alliance presence since apart from the elves the blood elves have no reasons to tolerate their presence after the constant backstabbings from the humans all the time. Call it late payback for Dalaran since Vereesa and and Jaina took the same arguments btw why their own presence was no longer welcome during that war. Funny how this arguments swings in both directions now isn’t it?

I’ve made my feelings about the draenei perfectly clear on these forums for years.
I’m not taking anything back. They are the worst race by far.

Nice headcanon.

Argue against Blizzard all you like.
But don’t go around spreading fakenews because you want to blame someone else for Blizzards own writing.

Ah, I can already throw it back at you… cough

Deal with it.

Unlike you I actually have access to the Beta. And the citizens of silvermoon make it very clear the visitors that are sucking on their resources are not welcome.

Literally the sole alliance race that is somehow tolerable unlike night elves or humans :face_vomiting:

Guess why? Because it’s prior to the outcome of the Sunwell, prior to the entire unification plot.

The armies won’t be staying, but there will be Alliance Thalassian Elves who will.

The Void is defeated in the final release raid. All we know so far is that the Sunwell will be put to rest where the story ends. After that we will most likley have a troll patch. Where exactly do they say anything on elven unity? You literally just made that up in your head.

Your opinion.
And it’s a fanatical, deranged opinion. But hey, you do you, man.

Erevien doesn’t understand how story progression works.
He’s still caught in this bubble of little moments he likes.
He lives in a reality of his own, I’m afraid.

Indeed. I cba.
Like what did I expect, it’s Erevien. xD

There is nothing worse then human simps in a fantasy game. And high elves are the worst of them all.

Honestly it feels more like an aesthetic arguement then a writing one (but Tah is free to correct if I’m wrong ofc.), more of a they belong there cause they look good there.
Writing wise, I think they handled the blood elves joining the horde very well, the story is compelling, you can look at the story beats and see why the actors in that period all did what they did.

Genuinely I believe blizzard struck writing gold here.

0 complaints here on the place of belves in the story, remember the Lor’themar (who?) days?
Doubt he would’ve been the badass he was made to be today on the alliance side with competition like genn, anduin, tyrande, turalyon, etc.

Spoiler ahead: They cleanse the voidwell and according to speculation make it a rainbow well. :rainbow:
