With Season 2 now underway and Mythic Difficulty Sanctum of Domination opening with scheduled maintenance next week, we’re working on a tuning pass for a few Classes.
As always, these are subject to further change before they go live, and we’ll have the final adjustments in our hotfixes update next week.

Beast mastery representation in 2s is already through the roof on high ratings, can’t wait for the meta to be hunter only.
Do you guys not check PvP lists/representation before slamming flat board buffs to certain classes?
Point stands regardless. They could have easily buffed the dmg in pve while keeping the pvp damanged untouched as they had done so in the past already. We already know they are using a PvP multiplier in their system.
Also your bickering with Axorc (and im not going into Axorcs claim about breathing and void zones given what i can research from his profile) is pointless as in the end of days Mythic Raiding pre wellfare nerfs and High Key pushing are where these changes matter the most and these too happen to be played by the vast minority of the playerbase.
“usually”? This is Blizzard so no. In recent times when they do these changes that only affect one aspect of the game they state that the PvP damage is not affected by this change as was the case with warrior tunes during 9.0.
If they put them in on the actual tuesday notes and say its PvE only ye fine. However if they bother to make a forum post about it they should still include it or otherwise people go bonkers.
He said “flat board buffs”. That means hes fine with it being buffed in PvE (or at least hes not commenting on them) but it shouldnt have happened in PvP. So far this Blue Post is making it sound like that the buff is for both PvE and PvP and given Blizzard has started to have abilities behave differently in PvE and PvP number wise and we know how their system is working this is being taken with major distaste.
Only thing that gives room for hope in that regard is what Symex said regarding that in the final blueposts on tuesday that they say the dmg isnt going to affect PvP by adjusting the PvP modifier of said abilities.
Another sp nerf omfg? Devouring plague was nerfed like twenty times since its implementation…why are they buffing bm hunters? like how are we supposed to deal with them in pvp?..ffs
Fire mage massive buffs? Like wtf is going on?
From pvp perspective ofc…i know its pve tuning but it will affect pvp aswell…
Oh yeah, these buffs are needed badly… not wanting to appear greedy but did you guys also consider buffing beast cleave a bit? Because aoe is the major issue of BM spec and while the buffs are nice in general, they dont really fix that.
