The sethrak have a problem, which is their heads. You would either have to have no helms (always invisible) or do a lot of work to make them look ok. Vulpera are basically goblin reskins, mechagnomes are obviously gnomes. You didn’t get Vulpera because they would be too much work, its not a conspiracy.
Even Worgen unable wear helms there is no chance of proper Sethrak helms rofl.
There are 3-4 proper looking Worgen helms.

If you turn War Mode off you can see LOTS of Alliance players. It’s not that the Alliance don’t exist, it’s that the bulk do not want to turn War Mode on.
It is linked, in all 2 faction based pvp system ever (including in over games like Warhammer Online, rip sweet prince) factions population imbalance Always start small but keeps growing, that’s why servers became more and alliance or horde favored over the year. Being in the less popular faction is a disadvantage, and people all take it differently, like a base resistance to it. Some people can’t take any disadvantage at all, over can live with a small or medium one but few enjoy a massive one. The problem is the trickling effect, the people who can’t take any disadvantage faction switch or turn of wm which makes the imbalance larger wich push people who were fine with the previous status quo but Don’t like the new one to do aswell and so on and so forth. Population created a participation crisis through a trickling effect.
It’s like having a 20vs20 bg but the alliance start with 18 people, most people decide to try and win anyways but 2 ppl immediatly. Now it 20 to 16 and Alliance is having a bad time, so 2 more people quite and there is no getting back up that slope.
Really now you call corpse camping horde players at world quest and rares being outnumbered ?
Sethrak would join the Horde before alliance.
Also blizz, stop with allied races, it’s trash. Regular new races are way better.
The problem stems from not only being outnumbered by like 10% as a faction at max lvl, because that is barely noticeable, but average skill difference is noticable, since horde has twice as many raiders and m+ people with high score who roll casuals that alliance have as fast as trash mobs. If horde wins most encounters even at even numbers, that further discourages people to use warmode.
After that you have a grouping up system that works much better on horde, which results in groups of 5 moving into shards and killing alliance who try to solo rares. It’s rly visible in pandaland where the area is small. You kill 2-5 horde for a rare and suddenly there is 20. This never happens on alliance, plus the rares seem to never reset. Today me and my friend killed 7 people for a rare in Uldum, the rare never reset and I don’t think they got any loot either because we corpse camped them at that rare. With this horrible tag system, warmode is not worth it because you can’t kill anything and get credit as aliance.

But nobody wants to play the Alliance and WM through the negative feedback loop which is the problem. This is why their AR racials are stronger. It didn’t help or change anything. We have come this far and everyone should have realized that this is rather a serious problem.
well i never turned off my WM since day one … never been ganked by hordes (im the one who ganks lol) tbh idk what you guys on about … we (alliance) are the majority 51% where as the horde 49%
i have 0 horde chars and will never play a horde , haven’t had any single problem in WM

I would personally say vulpera is as controversial in opinons as mechagnomes.
Let’s remember players are booting people from their groups for being a vulpera the whole “they don’t belong in the horde” argument is still going and lots of players accuse those who play vulpera to be “furry’s”
There are a lot of horde or atleast vocal horde who hate the race.
I would also say vulperas racials are worse then mechagnomes from a pve or pvp standpoint as vulperas don’t get anything decent combat racials just a lot of QoL with a open world hearth and 8 additional bag slots
But that’s a meaningless number as far as Warmode is concerned. You get a 30% bonus there, and that’s not because the faction balance is 51% to 49%.

You are correct, but if I was alliance and read forums I too would turn warmode off.
Players also forget that RP servers are seperated from normal server warmode. Which apprantly is heavily ally dominant.
With so many ally’s excluded from normal server warmode and so few horde excluded. It’s likely why the problems occurring,

The Alliance have the numbers if they turned WM on, they don’t want to turn it on. They didn’t like it, generally speaking, and the bulk of the Horde use it with very little WPvP consequences. It’s a stand off.
Blizzard in the mean time just think throwing more and more bonuses at the problem will fix it. It does increase the numbers a bit when the Alliance hit 30% but usually only short term. Especially when it affects a new currency.
