wow my post was deleted maybe somebody was butthurt by truth. 
This issue persists whole patch 8.3 and they response was always some useless troubleshooting and serching problems in OUR PCs, ofc people on this forum/reddit etc. tried everything to fix it themselves but me and many others failed bcs problem is not on our side Imagine paying for not working game and devs of this scammer company dont give a sh*t whole patchā¦ Shamelessā¦ and yes i am mad

I saw that your original post was deleted, iirc there was nothing in there that would warrant that.
In any case, this is just sad & pathetic. Iāve played this game on/off since 2005, and obviously I have encountered many issues, but nothing like this. As big as this is, affecting so many people and yet they just seem to not care anymore?
It appears that they made the decision that this issue isnt big enough to care about.

I just logged in (lvl 1 character as i dont have an active sub) and yep, as soon as I disabled dx 11 legacy, the freezing stared. Unbelievable that this issue still exists. Considering cancelling my SL C.E pre-orderā¦

We are still forced to play on dx 11 legacy with low fps so irritating its been like 1 year still nothing
This. It is really pathetic, with dx11 legacy I have like 20-30 fps in some zones. Itās horrible.
I fixed my issue by disabling nvidia container service. Been playing 2 days with rare freezes. Hopefully it helps
This with dx11 legacy on or off?

how do you disable nvidia container service?
by Googling it or going in Services and looking for the name
Stillā¦ Youāre having RARE freezes means it did not fix it, just helped with something.
I donāt think weāll be able to play the game properly till SL launch (lets hope at least there the DX11/12 setups will be compatibile for every1)
I was confused as to why my new computer was randomly doing this, I was concerned that it was something to do with an audio driver or something. But this is clearly not the case as Iām also getting issues described exactly in this thread constantly. Itās irregular, but it is quite crippling when this happens during a M+, raid, or PvP encounter.
Did not help. I stopped NVIDIA Display Container LS services - nothings change. 15 seconds within logging in and iām getting bombed by these freeze lags / followed with UI reloads.

I would even dare saying they are ditching the game and do it on purposeā¦ Cancelled my sub 6 months ago, came back here to check on statusā¦ see if things would be betterā¦ lol Blizz still a bye bye for meā¦

This issue came back with latest patch as of today. They fixed it at some point after introducing it with that broken mouse patch, but now this graphics driver crash thing is back again.

I have had this same problem, but my freeze time is about 20seconds usually. I today checked, when there was overall slowness, not yet that freeze, pressed ctrl+alt+del and wow seemed to take 2,5k memory, is that lot? I mean Iām not anymore in time with how much memory is much and not
