Har har. I’m shining baby!
Very pretty!
Girl, keep on shining. Soon, you’ll be brighter than a star
Hair minus the ugly tentacles is new.
Also; why would you want void related stuff anyway; it’s all so cringy and ugly.
The stuff void elves got in regards to looking normal was the best stuff they have overal.
Everything related to the void is ugly, edgy and makes me physically cringe.
But whether you liked the additions or not, doesn’t matter; the fact is they have a lot more options than the vast majority of the other allied races. Those should get new stuff first.
I think the Nelves should also get runic tattoos. This because they have Highborne mages among them, which are the progenitors of both the Nightborne and Helves.
It only makes sense for them to be affected in similar ways when they use the arcane, even if they are not addicted to magic and need a thirst sated. I mean, the Sunwell has been reignited with the Light now and not with Arcane energies, so the Arcane is no longer as much part of the Belves as it once were. If they can get runic tattoos, so should Night Elves.
True, but what is the highborne mage presence in comparison to the Sin’dorei Magister presence? Night Elves are one race that have been given so much, in relation to Druidism, Elune, Sentinel/Warden scarring.
I mean, the last time we saw the core Blood Elf and Night Elf armies was in BFA. The Magisters far outway any night elf mage presence when the latter has been getting killed, thrice over. First by their own Prince, twice by the Horde.
Also - I don’t see why we should be playing apples and oranges and trying to imply that the Alliance Elves should have all their sections represented, even the minor ones like night elf mages, but saying the Horde Elves “oh well they don’t have a big representation of this, so it doesn’t really work anymore.” If it’s core to the race, then it should be added in and need I remind you, both times for the Sin’dorei Heritage questlines, the Mages have played extremely notable roles.
So, despite everything - the sin’dorei are the ones who get runic tattoos - as per the box art for TBC. I’ve never seen a night elf with those runic tattoos. It’s something that truly should just be for Blood Elves. They are the only race that is having everything being shared to others and they deserve something just for themselves - like the other elf fanbases would argue for their favorites.
Nelves were only given one darker skin tone and dark eyes in relation to Elune.
Overall, all races have little customization compared to what other games have to offer. Blizz is behind on everything, despite the fact that WoW is the longest lived MMO (or one of them).
All races should get more. Core races first, though.
Core races first, but features shouldn’t be shared.
It shouldn’t be a “Well if Blood Elves get this, then nelfs should get it as well.” No - the Sin’dorei deserve their own features. That includes what Blizzard designed with their TBC box art for them.
Runic tattoos are a core resemblence to the Magisters, who are a vital part of Quel’Thalas/sin’dorei society.
I am not so much for Night elves getting Blood elf features. Since Blood Elf is a core race and due to the fact that they did evolve (or devolve, depending on how you look at it xD), moving from the signature violet skin of Nelves to naturally fair or darker skin tones.
But Nightborne is an allied race. An extension of the Kaldorei. Nightborne, imo, shouldn’t get more customization nor more unique stuff than the Kaldorei.
Core races should always have MORE than allied races. And that may be the case right now, but I feel Blizz is forgetting their core races a lot nowadays.
Dark iron dwarves getting even more stuff the next patch. I just… what? Why?
But you’ve said that nelfs should also get runic tattoos, because of highborne mages, when runic tattoos, as per the TBC box art for the Blood Elves, isn’t a feature for the night elves.
Runic tattoos should remain a core Blood Elf thing and something for them only. Like the night elves being the only ones with black eyes. Blood Elves should be the only ones with facial runic tattoos.
If you want the absolute full Thalassian package, including everything about the main Thalassian Elves (from features to homeland), you choose Horde/Blood Elf. Void Elf offers a “high elf exile” or “void/sunfury-homeless thalassian vibe.” It’s a slice of the cake.
Nightborne don’t though. They’ve got the eyes and the arcane stuff that they are well known for, plus additional skin colours, hair colours and hairstyles. Not really any different than what the Lightforged and Highmountain got.
Nelfs are still one of the races with the most additional features. Them along with Humans, Orcs and Dwarves.
Nightborne have runic tattoos? Not the Blood Elves.
Nor did I say that the Nightborne have more customization than the Kaldorei. I said that they SHOULDN’T have, as an allied race.
No!
Why do players keep asking for more pointless customisations for that same races over and over.
Please let Blizz concentrate on making the game good.
They’ve got arcane tattoos.
I’m referring to this, which should be for Blood Elves only:

My, been years since I saw that art last.
Not sure I overly care that much about art which depicts the Blood Elves in a certain way when that certain way can’t be applied to them in-game. If arcane tattoos/runes is a blood elf thing, then why on earth is that not a customization option for them yet?
I think this is the first time we’ve agreed on anything.
Look how we’ve grown <3
…ok but have you seen Rama’s starcursed void hair effects? We’re talking top notch stuff. Or those hairstyles by Faebelina?
As a void elf, I think we’re good for now. Focus on the other races.
Hi Mag
You only play Horde love it doesn’t count
Doesn’t make it any less pointless. Adds Zero value to the game play.
That’s in your perspective. Some of us find great value in our characters, their look and story in the game. It’s called game immersion.
