Sure, but the more likely outcome is that said god-tier mage will proceed to continue to be a god and vanish like one. This sort of thing works better in a closed community or with guilds that generally interact with each other (e.g. PCU).

I’m more than willing to be proven wrong here, and this is less interesting than you think, but there’s not a single lawyer in WoW. There might be the occasional hint at one, but as far as the Stormwind judiciary goes, lawyers, court trials and all that nonsense doesn’t exist.
The City Guard seem to be judge, jury and executioner, given all those torture devices in the Stockades.

from my short time in hoc i am already a war-torn man and i can tell u
they will come back and do the same stuff and then as a guard u will have to deal with them again until u rly unwillingly ignore them bc they keep coming back and doing the same stuff

I actually really want to see someone roll around with a highly bureaucratic character. The pencil-pusher/paperwork fellow. I mean, -someone- has to do that, and keep track of everything right? Someone to file all the documents, letters, orders, and whatnot, and making sure that logistics are on point.
I might be wrong, but isn’t there a lawyer in the BfA Brawler’s Guild questchain?
