Honestly, I think the ā€œcommunityā€ would be more palatable if people just focused what they want to do, rather than what others are doing. Some people are altogether too concerned with everyone else, forgetting that the server is more than big enough for us all to get on and fit into our particular niches.

But like Aerilen said, thereā€™s a lot of playground antics that donā€™t really serve anything beyond maintaining nonsense e-grudges and cheap laughs. Itā€™s a bit sanctimonious, given my own track record, but there has to come a time when you just move on from the pettiness and just roleplay.

Iā€™ll be positive.

I had a bad experience with Alliance RP, with one guild collapsing and another basically being a bunch of angry fils de putes. But I recently got into a great guild, who made me feel welcome and took me in, and gave me a true and honest feeling of community.

So yeah, I nearly left Argent Dawn, and a gracious gang of gringos reassured me.
