At least it’s harder to see them doing it :^)

You seem like a decent person, Zindani, so I hope for your sake that you eventually realise that rabbit hole you’ve climbed down hasn’t actually taken you to Wonderland.

Do what you must, it was a dark moment in my life. I stared too deeply into the forum posting abyss.

I may be a retard, but at the very least I’m a self-aware retard :pensive:

Most modern european-law countries also base their convictions on intent rather than act.
Meaning, in rough terms, that you can’t convict someone for a crime they didn’t know they were committing. Such as unknowingly soliciting minors to engage in sexualized activities online.

Moody, if you go down that route and it was actually up to legal, he would have to prove that without a doubt he could not in any way shape or form be aware he might potentially be associating with minors… Which he can’t because Wow is a 12+ age and he agreed to it being that when he signed up with his account. Which means he agrees that he is interacting with people 12+.

There is no claim of ‘‘I didn’t know.’’ here that works.

Do they have reverse evidential burden / reverse onus clause when it comes to these cases?

What do you mean? I just pointed out that if it was actually a court issue, the defense of ‘‘I didn’t know.’’ wouldn’t work because the evidence proves he does. The evidence being that he is playing Wow, which is a 12+ game, which means you play with people of 12 and older.
