I went to kill Saurfang, but after Zekhan appeard and I clicked on him, he already showed me quest details without a possible way to refuse betrayal. Any suggestions? I tried to abandon the quest, went out of swamps and then got back to Zekhan, but nothing has changed.

Have you tried disabling addons? Sometimes they can mess with things.
Greetings. That’s not a bug, its fully intended.
If you wanted to choose Sylvanas, you had to click a tiny-not-warned-at-all dialogue options BEFORE you clicked accept.
No GM is going to fix this for you. Devs forbid this. We joined our voices for this deception/mislead/bad programming/whateverisgoingtospoilmycharacterforever.
