Lets just make sure you understand slightly here.
" Malicious intent refers to the intent, without just cause or reason, to commit a wrongful act that will result in harm to another . It is the intent to harm or do some evil purpose."
Can also refer to:
" If you describe someone’s words or actions as malicious, you mean that they are intended to harm people or their reputation, or cause them embarrassment and upset ."
In what way, as you yourself pointed out with:
Is not an act of evil purpose?
They are full aware of what they are doing and they are full aware what they are doing is wrong but they keep doing it. I would be amazed if they literally put a cloth above their head and ignored everything and thats why its “justified” in their mind.
Intent to harm:
They are full aware what they are doing is making people frustrated and upset but they keep doing it over and over while knowing it. They are “bending the rules” while, even if it is “unintentional” on their part, cause harm towards peoples gameplay.
Even times they are literally graveyard camping and not wanting to end. Farming HKs.
What you said, is that its not malicious intent because
which points towards the “not knowing, not understanding” it is.
So by pretending to be oblivious according to you, means its not malicious intent or they are fully justified to “bend the rules” and ruin epic bgs for others.
Which goes back to my post:
Means I can pretend I have no clue whats going on but I still do it (while actually being aware) so they cant say its malicious or that I had the intent on hitting someone.
Minimum ilvl would get rid of the chances you get a low ilvl healer that will literally just make it a loss majority of times.
You have chances to win with 1-2 bad geared dps, but having 1 bad geared healer while facing 2 good geared healers is just bad. Same the other way around.
Also dont rly like the times the healer ratio is uneven on both parties even if I understand why, its still frustrating.
I dont expect them to fix premades, I expect them to dampen it.
Ban everyone who are involved with sync premades for example.
If ppl engage in full stacked premades because of honor lvls, remove them. (Not the players lol).
I see one premading as a form of friends playing to enjoy and having fun together.
I see another premading which is just “get whoever” just so you get a stack to premade with which I personally is not a fan of.
Obviously what ppl write is personal takes in general.
i wish we never reached the point where banning was a solution, i don’t like the idea of removing players from the game, even tho u might hear me say it when im frustrated or pissed
Premades aren’t so terrible (I’m talking about 5 stack) if everyone has the right gear. Most of us don’t even use voice chat. We simply are a group of geared people who play the objetives, something that most pugs are not capable of.
i know, im just saying, if there was a way to reach the optimal solution without having a witch hunt and banning prems, it would be better, but i can’t see that happening ever.
I personally are not a fan of stacking premades just to stack. Thats just my own feelings and not something I would “punish” ppl for doing =p
Pre-sync premades in epic BGs however… thats another topic apart from normal 5stack.
Ive been in your bgs twice, both have been quite one sided lol >_>
There is a reason why you can que up as 5 ppl in bgs and not 6+ for example x)
But if theres one thing we all know, some ppl will always go the mile to get as big advantage as they can get even if its “good” or “bad” for everyone else so lessen that advantage in normal/epic BGs (by adding mini ilvl for example to start with) is still better than nothing.
You quoted my question then immediately responded to a question that I didn’t ask.
In a nutshell, I don’t believe you can ascribe mal intent so liberally (unless you have unique insights I’m not privy to). But even if you could, so what? Some people get-off on shooting fish in a barrel so…ban them?
Also, but mainly, speculating on players personal lives isn’t conducive to a solution to the problem & only serves to dehumanise them.
You asked if I knew what malicious intent is which you said they did not hold.
So I answered it even with examples, if you do not like it, then its up to you if you want to ignore it.
You really make weird defensive measures for them.
“They dont see it that way so its not like that.”
“I do not see it that way so its not like that.”
If you truly believe they are not aware of what they are even doing, no comments.
I never cared about their personal lives though. I dont rly care about anyones personal life on the forum, its interesting to read every now and then but I personally dont care just the same as I assume majority here dont care about my life.
Its a weird feeling on this part though.
I would like that just to remove any form of gear advantage but I also understand the ppl who want the feel of “gear progression”. I cant fully say what majority would like or wouldnt in this sense tbf.
As long as its not Legion template I would be willing to test things.
The fact that this topic is still here on the top of the forums proves just how much of an issue this is and that Blizzard should something about it already.
Intent != malicious intent.
The malicious part is irrelevant. I wanted to make sure you understood what ‘intent’ means so you’d understand why ‘Can I go and hit someone outside, but as long as I dont feel its malicious intent it means they cant say it is?’ is a silly question.
I’m not defending what they do.
I just get dissapointed with some of the reactions to what they do.
I think you’re missing the point of this conversation.
There’s a difference between Premade PvEs on PvE content (Raids ring a bell?), and Premade PvP on a mode made for Non-Premade PvPs.
today i was 3 games 3 wins, until i met ruski 15man premade emoting me in 7v1 camp fiesta man that sure makes me feel like i wanna play the game more, i wonder how our 700k hp healer was feeling being 2tapped in a solar beam
