This is an intended restriction:
If you’ve played longer then 30 full paid days and been offline for 12+ hours, this problem is being looked into.

I read on the US forums that people can actually send you stuff. This was in a blue post.
Players under this restriction can still receive gold and items, so established players can still help friends.
Just get your friends to buy it for you and then you can repay them when the restriction is over.

And by the way, it’s not what we signed up for on classic era.
They should have told upfront so i didnt have to buy a subscription to waist my time.

And now they seem to have decided to even restrict people who pay with the promise of no restrictions… This is very, very bad… I´m basically paying for a free to play account, 8edited by moderator* Its practically impossible to play like this

Since this update is new they haven’t altered wherever you got that quote from.
They’d rather ruin phase 3 for all new/returning players rather than hire GMs to investigate bots lol

My account is not yet 30 days old and to my surprise the restrictions where lifted on SOD… Let us see if it stays that way

i can check mine tonight, but that means they rolled back in last maintenance

This is a very bad innovation. I’m new and paid my first month subscription and you say I can’t trade and use the auction? So then give me back that money for the paid month, because I will not play MMORPGs WITHOUT SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

I would be happy to share those positive changes but sadly I can´t. I just tested it and still the same as before nothing changed or fixed. My friends and me are really beginning to loose interest quickly, even tho we liked the game the first few days when everything worked.

I am playing on my Warlock and have reached level 50 since creating my account 14 days ago. However, I am now quite stuck because there are 2 runes I cannot get without buying items and 1 which is very hard. For a Soul Vessel I need Black Virtriol (Mining), for Grizzby I need Turbochargers (Engineering) and for Backdraft I need Worldcore Fragment. Do I really have to wait another 14 days to be able to get these runes? I would like to be able to try Sunken Temple too but I can’t buy consumables either.

It’s correct that the info there has not been amended yet.
The developer here has stated it is an experimental change *to combat botters as many in the Classic community requested action to be taken:
Until they deem to keep the restriction, permanent such information is not reflected elsewhere yet.
The restriction remains active for 30 paid days for SOD and Classic Era, if it has been past this time for anyone please logout for 12+ hours.
