He was the best of us.
And so he was.
Now let us see how good they are going to Valkorion us next patch.
Let’s not pretend people, alliance or horde, that recruit like that care about the player they are recruiting. They want them as a number. Something for the officer/GM to flex with. That’s all.
Dude, we got Darth Malgus back…
I know. I haven’t been on TOR with my RP guild that I used to lead on my good ol’ Darth Cat since… a long time now!
I saw this on a video. I was like ‘excuse me what the hell’.
Even bigger ‘what the hell’ than Brigante’s post.
Can you take your SWTOR to the AD chat or pet peeves/pet delights?
Sowwie!
Quality over quantity always imo. I feel like with quantity you end up with a 2D guild and no real interest to get to know the characters. Plus, with those sorts of guilds, they don’t really provide opportunities for character development, they just throw out events where it’s like “go out kill come back” or social RP where you all stand around doing nothing for a couple hours.
But all guilds learn over time what they need to do to improve and one day they’ll realise what they’re doing wrong and how they can make RP more engaging and fulfilling in their guild.
That implies these people want to improve.
We’ll talk about our SWTOR things in Silvermoon with my DK. :>
Also. There is something I miss about SMC RP:
Nothing happening at the Farstrider square. No training. Nothing at all.
I think they’d want to once officers/GMs start getting burned out, guild members lose interest, stop turning up to events, or altogether leave the guild. If they had any common sense they’d put two and two together and realise “there are some serious issues with this guild that we need to address”. But some GMs are ignorant to that, so I don’t know, really.
So… I haven’t roleplayed in a while on Veshj.
What’s blood elf roleplay like these days? Would a RPG/TBC inspired void researcher be acceptable? (She went from warlock to void user, but still uses her demons through the pets and the pet growth treat).
Those who studied the Void and such got exiled. So…
Plus. They’re now a somewhat Light-worshipping society. (Please, correct me if I am wrong.) Since the ‘new’ Sunwell and ‘new’ Blood Knights. (We put faith in the Light instead we asserve it.)
I’m not great with belf lore these days but a lot of void stuff is frowned upon nowadays but if you were secretive enough about it you could probably pull it off. But you’d have to figure out some good RP reasons as to why she didn’t go with the void elves, continues to study it despite the threats to her place within the horde, etc because I think a lot of belves would have switched to another kind of magic especially as they tend to be prideful and would want to represent their people in the best light.
My assumption was that only those that took it too far (looking at you Umbric) and used Drathir’s notes where exiled?
Pride in her being a blood elf, nationalism, loyalty to the sin’dorei and the memory of the fallen, she has lots of reasons, some simple, some complicated, some make sense, some don’t.
Yeah, I haven’t figured that one out yet, hence why I keep her sort-of away from Silvermoon city, at least. She usually spends her days in the city of orcs but I don’t wanna be “that” elf, that makes the orcs a minority in their own city.
Where do Disc Priests fit in, in peoples opinions? Legit curious now, as they are still primarily Light based.
So much for not rising : )
I also used to tell this lie when I got mad on the internet.
When I was twelve, of course. Surely, no grown adult is stupid enough to think anyone believes this?
He says, right after spitting out a whole ramble.
A for effort
big agree, guilds that exist just to farm numbers are extremely
They were exiled from Silvermoon because Rommath was adamant that anyone that treated with the void was a danger to the Sunwell and thus by extension the lives of every Thalassian elf currently alive; they only found Dar’Khan’s research after their exile.
And, tbh, them exiling every void practitioner from Silvermoon / Eversong is pretty much the only way you’ll be able to explain the amount of void elves we have.
Void elves where a mistake, but basicly I should roleplay Veshj as an exile that has to life in every other city but her beloved home, and only capable of helping her people from a distance.
I guess blood elves are getting discounts on her enchants and tailoring and knowledge sharing.
