After 5 years, it's finally PvE player's turn to suffer

It pisses me off seeing so many pvpers in full 220+ gear when almost no pvers get that from pve, it’s not mathematically possible.

Whether we play a moba or not has really nothing to do with what I said though.

I think people should have the freedom to choose what they wish to pursue in the game, and not feel like they’re actively sabotaging their own performance.
Marginal benefits from PvE gear, fine, it’s not my ideal, but I can deal with it, but having such a big chunk of game soft-walled behind another one was, and is, just stupid.

Good…now keep telling us about all the empty BGs and which Arena variants have tumbleweed blowing through them…don’t forget to complain about PVE players afking, while gearing up.
:joy:

thank you! <3

I don’t have the metrics, but the changes Blizz experimented with, strongly suggest that people get bored within PVP and frequently move to whatever the new shiny game on the market is… whereas PVE players are more invested in WoW.
If this was a PVP only game, I would have permanently quit years ago.

Since they fixed the pvp gearing system, the bgs and arenas are filled. :woman_shrugging:

I’m not advocating for WoW to be a purely PvP game, I’m saying PvP in the game should be treated fairly, and that the 2 modes are different enough in their core elements that a conjoined system is impossible to balance properly.

The game has, historically, had a large audience of casual PvPers who just like to go in BGs and do their thing, but the last few expansions have largely alienated them.

I also don’t think that moonlighting in other games is a bad thing, I hate the feeling of needing to do chores and dedicating all my free PC time to just playing WoW in order to keep up with the curve.

Make the stats useless in PVE content…as we know, PVPers don’t do PVE content anyway…and those that do, are happy to carry as many complete alternative sets of gear in their Moot bags, as they need.

According to complaints on this Forum, with PVE players afking…

pvp gear is going to be 15 ilvl lower then raid gear … 10 ilvl lower then mystic gear and 5 ilvll lower then crafted gear :stuck_out_tongue: if u dont belive me you will see it self in 9.2.0

Mainly PVE players, short on content…grinding gear, is grinding gear…seems logical that if you have to grind it in PVE, then having that kit be competitive when you are slumming it in casual PVP, is desirable.

I’m not playing WoW in order to keep up with the curve… it is entirely on the player, if they feel they have to do every single thing, every single day, to clean those maps and be ‘competitive’…It is not necessary.

Vulpie you dont even play pvp and in pve you are trash so your opinions doesnt matter

Except that is the classic description of a casual scrub, which is exactly what I am… and we make up the majority of the player base.
Not to mention paying the sub, year in, year out. Whereas you Edglelords like to rage quit, on a regular basis… so, my opinion does matter… to Blizz.

blizz dont care about crybabies like you

Odd, the Forums claim we are the only peeps Blizz listen too…

maybe you should learn how to play the game instead and not cry on forums

Yeah this needs to be removed asap,

you should stop thinking ‘crybaby’ and ‘crying’ are really edgy insults…the OP is one of the biggest whingers on the Forum.
