It does because there is a significant difference in the playerbase size. It must be close to 1/2 A/H. 80 Horde and 40 Alliance queing, the first 40 Horde enter the bg the ather 40 must wait 1bg time for the 40 Alliance to finnish the first bg. It doesn’t affect wait time only when playerbase sizes are roughly equal.

The alliance players crying about not winning a game are the people who don’t care about bonus honor, they just want the win for their icy polearm

EDIT: I agree with him btw, playing AV as horde it seems like the alliance almost never even tries to win. It’s not the map like some ppl claim here on forums.

Well, alliance start get wiped and lose SH. After that 20-30% go afk. another 10% talks about let horde win. Another 10% run aimless in circle. The other ~50% try to get SH back but fails in numbers…
70% of AV is like this.
20% is like, alliance manages to get hut. 15 min later horde wins (is it because of horde recallers that wipe alliance or because of nice warmaster pulls).
the other 10% alliance wins.
Alliance should never go west , they should always go east. If horde intercepted you , fight them back , then gather again and push ibgy as one. If you consider taking galv before IBGY you lost the game.
Imagine football team players sitting down waiting for clock to tick 90 after losing with a difference of 2 or 3 .
Asking people to go afk in a battleground shows you are not having fun playing this game anymore , you only care for numbers and rewards.
honor , honor , honor. just go join a premade or make one yourself and order them to afk bg when you want

Playing AV as Alliance right now is utter torturous hell.
We always have 10-15 AFKers or Bots due to our instant queues. Horde actually has 40 players as they queues for ages so want to play the game.
It’s just a constant slow push until we lose.
Actually fighting to the bitter end will give you more honor per hour. The harder you fight the more objectives you get and the more hks you get the more honor you get. If we’re going to war with the horde for 30-40 minutes per bg my as well make the most of it. People with attitude like yours are probably the kind of players that get gy farmed and camped by horde for 30-40 minutes and get nothing out of it.
If you don’t enjoy the back and forth conflict that bgs and pvp bring. Don’t engage in pvp the content is not for you and the rewards are far out of your reach so stick to pve where you have a better chance of getting rewards.
Edit: I don’t give a damn about your honor efficiency. I play to fight and I play to win and if I’m not winning I’m going to make the horde to go through hell before they get their victory. That’s what pvp is about. I don’t give a damn about someone’s honor efficiency.

I mostly just try to get the most out of it. I play BG’s for fun.
Even when its impossible to win (like pugging vs a high ranked premade) I try to motivate people getting the most out of it.
Example would be to keep ST the entire fight in AB, and grind the premade as they try to capture it. That feels like a small victory still- even when it is by definition impossible to win you can still have your own minor goal and reach it.

Ladies and gentleman I give ye Nibelung, a prime example of the classic “I don’t care about everyone else I’m the only important one in this game”.
And people are wondering why alliance loses all the time… But idk guys clearly it’s actiblizz’s fault…

If you really want to maximise honor/p/h, you play in a premade, for 2 reasons:
- It is the highest hph
- You are playing with people that all agreed they care more about hph than having fun or playing the game how it’s meant to be played (note: it’s not a bad thing, I’d play it like that if I wanted to rank).
If you join pugs, hph is not relevant. People are here to enjoy playing a 15 years old game
People like the op is the reason I keep fighting at sp graveyard.
