I don’t wanna play with you. Oh wait. If you sign up with randoms, you get randoms. There is even a fix for your problem already. Don’t join PuGs, and don’t play with randoms. It will be harder for you to make new friends, but I guess it will be easier for you to hand pick who you even want to get to know, if you only meet new friends through your existing friends.

I’m limited by my own imagination though. Most people are obese, I can’t imagine that being fun either but it’s reality for the majority of people.

Also: The term casual is stupid and means too many different things to many different people.
Not something you should use as a brag. It’s not cool. It’s not smart. It’s destructive to you and the people around you. I wish more people realized that.

I am a casual and I just play for fun. Look me up on IO, I do lots of untimed runs and I’ve got lots of failed runs that aren’t even on IO. I just get in the keys and try my best.

You didn’t get my point then. What you see as a ‘casual’, someone else does not.
The term is just flawed and doesn’t have a universally accepted meaning.
I for instance don’t see anyone who plays mythic+ as casual. It’s not casual content. It’s competitive, perfomance driven content. That goes against the whole notion of ‘casual gaming’ imo.
It most certainly is not.
But I don’t want to get into this discussion. I’m a fanatic when it comes to this subject because I’ve seen and experienced too much destruction and grief caused by drinking.
In my opinion it is one of the most vile things humankind invented and the fact that it’s considered normal is extremely upsetting to me. I want to remain civil but I can already feel my blood boiling just by you saying ‘it’s cool’.
So, that’s my explanation and I’d like to leave it at that.
Well I would say it’s cooperative since it’s a team up. If someone is goofing too hard someone has to help them. Sometimes I’m goofing and sometimes it’s someone else and we help each other.
I’m not trying to upset you but people generally think drinking is cool. If someone is drinking and battering their children or driving a car that isn’t cool. If the only person they’re hurting is theirself then that’s their business.
It’s the same with smoking. I never liked the taste of smoking and it’s now really expensive where I live but it does look cool.
People are also generally very dumb. 
Those players already avoidable since as it was mentioned the 1b casts have the 0.2s cast penalty which will result in worse results and their left at lower M+ score
I’m not going to argue with that but that’s just life.
IF they even would attempt it, which is I believe will also be rather rare.
The type of person to use a 1 button feature, generally doesn’t have the mindset to do something like M+ (some exceptions will exist of course).
It’s casual content, right up to 10s, even 12s - still casual level. Casuals can do that and get reward for efforts they put in it

Within your own established definition of what a casual is, you might be right.
But that doesn’t mean someone else uses that same definition.

Nah IRL people think it’s cool. I may have bias because they think I’m cool in general but in my experience people are hyped about it.
Then you’re hanging out with the wrong sort. Sorry. 
It’s not even people I hang out with. People in general just think it’s cool. Even people I wouldn’t expect to think it’s cool.
I’m not going to continue that conversation.
Anyway… One button stuff is going to be fine.
Players are going to be fine.
The game is going to be fine.
