Nice! Unfortunately I lost my original vanilla wolf due to a bug and was told it couldn’t be restored. It didn’t feel right to just tame another, but then I was given the gift of the tameable spirit guide wolf; I stacked buffs, asked a shaman buddy for haste and I tamed that sucker.
I roleplayed that I did a ritual where I got the spirit of my original wolf back to Azeroth. I still have that one.

I find most of WoW gives me a good chunk of quests to do for a hub, I go off slaughter everything, stalk, find, gather etc and then handing them all in feels soooo good. It probably does vary where you choose to level though.
You have that in vanilla too actually. There perhaps even more.

I play on 12 alts ( 1 of each class, why need more? ) and the only thing i dont like is the essences
They are nice! shame they are just a hell to get
Done it on all 12, would do it again if it was worth it! 
I even camped rust for jetpack on all 12, after 8 days i only got it on 1 char i gave up
and I suppose this is one of the things that made vanilla special for me… I had an actual bond with some pixels. Nowadays it’s mostly just pretty skins with different names (although I do have a bond now; I named my ingame pet after my dog who passed away a year and a half ago).
But yeah… that pet bond in vanilla was strong man… had to keep that pet happy, feed it, teach it skills. If there’s some aspect of vanilla that I miss, it is that.
Not in the sense i am talking about it. It’s a difference between clusters and full chain. For me vanilla/classic is better on that.
I’m just killing Rust and Harv once a day on my main. Got the Rust mount, eventually I’ll get the other one too 
I can actually by pass the intro and fly there if I really want to, or get summoned. I just haven’t felt it was worth it.
I found Classic very limited with quests too, so you clearly had a different experience to me. There were some places I could pick up a reasonable amount but mostly it was very few.
I cannot see the difference, but is cool. 
I got rust one on 2nd kill when my dk fly by and was mad at having to do this idiotic ‘kill 3 rares’ quest again. I hate that so much. best part was I was complaining in gchat and I felt game told me to shut it. I never complained in gchat since.
The character made her own guild.

Kill 10000 murlocs to get 7 murloc fins (or whatever that quest was)

Bah like it’s possible to kill less than 10 000 murlocs at the time anyway because of the way they agro. 
From someone with 12 exalted mechagon alts … the kill 3 rares one is the only one i avoided out of the 3, mainly because its rng based, it can take 2 minutes or 2 hours, i spent 6 hours of gametime to do that on all chars with wm off!

I completely understand and it’s personal preference thing. I am not considering my style very common or popular so i was just trying to explain how i experience it, not to push it on others.

No if you did every single dungeon q and all elite q + completed every zone. If someone says they run out of quests they mostly ignoresd lot of this type of content which is completly their fault.
I am going to believe the people I do know, over those I don’t. I’m sorry.
It is a common complaint that people ran out of content and were left to spam dungeons towards the end.
I don’t know why you take it so personally that others would run out of content. If you didn’t. That’s great, but plenty did.

Over an hour on a character who can solo even the spider - so she didn’t need a group or anything, she just didn’t find any rares. I hated the random runabout already in Timeless Isle. Give me quests, give me assignment - anything. My favourite meta is the one about activities in isle. The box one is ok too as the respawn timer for those is not too horrible even when you land between waves.
But oh alas, when you miss the rares wave… I have got that paragon once (I dont know how I managed that) and it is one paragon I do not have for patch day either.
Don’t stress, it was about me and Radium. We just disagreed on a small detail; but we cool. You and me too! Forums are here to discuss things. Sometimes people agree, sometimes don’t and sometimes we have a bad day and other days we happier!
And then you have a quest in cave and mobs say “lol a wanderer!” and spawn … to quote Ragnaros: TOO SOON! And then you have your 5 fins and longest corpse run of wow history!
