There is so much in Classic that wasn’t in Vanilla so it’s not pure so why not allow these cosmetic changes? How would it affect YOU?

That is probably the most (ohh I can’t say the word I’m thinking) thing to say, but the things are not changing the gameplay in any way. You do understand that right?
Just because someone wanst to do something you say “BAA go play BfA”, them not being in Vanilla is not a justifiable reason not to put them in classic. So much in Classic is Different from Vanilla and some people ignore those just to join the #nochanges bandwagon, which has wobbly three wheels and is heading off a cliff.
Edit: You probably didn’t mention me posting on a BfA character as you do too and people in glass houses should not throw stones.
Yeah it doesn’t change the gameplay but it still doesn’t belong on Vanilla and before you cry about layering and that rubbish, yes I understand that also wasnt in Vanilla but at the end of the day this is the only official version of Vanilla out there so I’d rather it stuck as close as possible to its core.
So to make that clear
No transmog
No appearance change
No LFD
None of the current retail stuff in classic
Do you get that now?

How many times WE ARE NOT PLAYING VANILLA! We play Vanilla reforged,or as it’s called, Classic. You do know the difference between Classic and Vanilla? Should I call it Classic 2019 and Classic 2005 just so you know?

They should not play a recreation of a game from 2006 that did not have that.
At no time in Vanilla retail was there a barber shop or similar. Classic is a recreation of that.
There are thousands of games where you can change your appearance as you like. Classic is one of the few games where you cant do that. It’s an important limitation for the sense of immersion.
In this game, the sense of immersion is a thing and worth protecting.
Transmog does affect gameplay. Haircuts and faces don’t. But changing face/skin color is kina anti-immersive, so I wouldn’t like it either.

I always thought of Classic as Vanilla reforged.
I never understood that, why does it break immersion? Personally I have no immersion in this game and it wouldn’t break yours. You can simply not use it.
no, got back to retail. appearance change, name change, barbershop and mountstore and any other service that ‘doesn’t affect the game experience negatively’ are NEVER going to be implemented in classic. i don’t know how many times we need to tell you this before it sinks into those thick heads of yours.
if you don’t like your appearance then thats too bad for you. reroll or gtfo because you aren’t getting race, appearance or name change services in classic and that is final. period. finish.

lmao yes it does. you can hide your BIS gear by transmogging to look like you’re wearing all greens or even low level epics and then hide your power level from your opponent. use your ****ing brain dude! it literally affects gameplay in all ways imaginable.

Generally I’m against any QoL changes but after seeing your picture my god that is one ugly Undead. I bet he was equally ugly in his human form aswell. It effectively changed my mind too. Bring barbershop Blizzard please, this man really needs it!
