Because World of Warcraft is no longer available in China, the Chinese are developing their own clone called Tarisland, looks very promising.
To be honest I disagree here. I’ve been following development for years and they’ve really put a lot of work in. The gameplay looks amazing and the in-depth RPG elements are far beyond original classics offering.
I’m not dissing WoW here; it’s held my attention for 19 years (albeit classic for the last 3 of them) and still enjoying it.
And I don’t watch celebrities playing wow; never understood why people enjoy that kind of thing really; so no one’s advertised this for me in those terms.
I think you’re just being belligerent for belligerents sake.

Wow has its fair share of cringe but that actually looks as cringy as final fantasy.
Every year a so called wow killer was announced. Nothing made it Happen yet haha

Nope sorry to breqk your hearts guys but this one has everything an mmo needs, and I mean literally everything.
Ive played this game since vanilla and its been brilliant but its dying because the devs care more about money than what the people want
Retail is absoloutly hilarious complete mess of a game.
New world has a monthly sub also which is great as there will be lots of money generated to improve the game. If you dont believe me go watch asmongolds latest video on new world and then come back and tell me this game doesnt look incredible.

I also was hyped for Tarisland until i learned it has “a labor system” similar to Archeage. Couldn’t care less now.
Can you do PvE and not get Pwned?
Can you choose own way? Non-linear questing?
Can you do proffs that make difference?
Can you do ligth RP?
Can you collect gear, items …
Can you have to choose what to loot as out of bag space?
Those are things I need in MMORPG.

Is there a release date for ashes yet? Games release dates are announced 6-12 months in advance so it won’t be for a year at least.
I believe it’s still in Alpha testing.
I’ll go, but first I have one thing to say. If this game good, I am sure its creators have some kind of home page or such where I could learn about their game without having to watch streamers, and if you was smart, you would have told me go there instead of stubbornly insist I watch streamer.
Mate I am not here to advertise the game, im giving blizzard the heads up they need, this game is going downhill rapidly, the community is not happy and a new game is coming.
The devs have come out and said how much they enjoyed classic wow compared to other versions.
Like I said not here to advertise, blizzard will be the ones who regret not acting when a major mmo is in development.
This isnt some dire game like new world pending
