i dont play either and live a very healthy lifestyle outside of gaming … im on holiday atm and wasted a month sub on wow which i didnt even put to use… hense why im here…

everything i have said about ff14 is at least 90% in response to some nonsense someone else is spouting about the game … i was just correcting them with the true facts. about it… i dont care if anyone plays wow i dont care if anyone plays ff14 but i wont stand for pointless misinformation just because you (are a main culprit of this) dont like a game.
No but they have tons of emotes… and hairstyles, in content patches. They even make casual transmogs available for crafters.
haha xD best ever i hope its true!.. if so it shows that they care about the game!, more than what blizzard and wow can say xD… maybe the current wow devs are paid by FF to kill the game ??.. explain why shadowlands is so bad and loses so many players

sadly not true… in the best shape of my life … and my playtime is 2 hours in 5 months… 1 hours on steam games in the last 2 weeks…
im just bored till i go back to work tomorrow and passing time on the forums and on discord with friends.

some here talked about microsansactions etc, so my questions is:
Is it paytowin?
is it boosts?
is it only cosmetic?
if its only cosmetics im fine with it i guess, but if it gives benefits as gold tokens and boost and stuff like that as in wow, then im not into it tbh. btw did u hear about the top guilds buying golds from gold sellers and boosters and alike to get benefits to win world first.
When even top guilds pays to win, and ppl say wow is not pay to win xD…
Brain power is a rare thing.
You can’t buy gil (gold), or gear.
They sell NPC outfits and past holiday events for cash, you can buy a main scenario skip. They are quite expensive but they do sell races/appearance changes for a few euros.
If you like lots of story content, and I mean lots, then it’s the MMO for you. The player characters is the main hero. The combat is slow to start but one you get your other abilities it makes more sense. You need to stick at it past the first 50 levels for combat, that’s the bit people fall.
Actually trying a game doesnt mean he’s switching to it… He said this on his twitter

As a followup, this isn’t a big deal to me but I know it is for a lot of other people Please just try to let me enjoy and play the game without turning it into drama or anything else unpleasant It’s just a game!

Going to be interesting to have all these people complaining about content drought realise an entire expansion in FFXIV only has 3 tiers consisting of 4 bosses (so only 12 raid bosses in an entire expansion). Usually spread pretty far out. Second tier this expansion was released in February 2020 and the last tier in December. Dungeons are pretty easy and completely irrelevant as they don’t drop any decent gear.
As well as pretty big time gating on almost any activity.

there is cosmetics and race changes/name changes that sort of stuff
