I can only agree with that. Not only would that ease up the whole mess a bit it would also work psychologically differnt. If the game tells you “listen you need to complete 3x a +14 in time to (for the sake of arguement) even apply.” that would be different.
Also on another note. I noticed that the group finder (not the autogroup one but the regular one that you use for raid/m+ and stuff) tells you, that you were “declined” regardless of what happens (as in actually delcined or the group was delisted or disbanded). That bums me out a bit ususally since it makes it look like all groups decline me when in reality only a couple of them do, most of the others are just full or delist.

And yeah, applying some sort of ‘‘ingame’’ requirements for M+ like you wrote about +14 in time or whatever would narrow down the list in group finder aswell i guess. Since they can only show runs where you can apply for.
Yeah, the declining system needs work, although in the end, you are still not in the group so not sure how any improvement would be an improvement.
Dont get me wrong, i totally understand your suggestion and agree with it, i am just not sure how it would work or can be changed to be more specific.

Well what actually happened when you are “declined” stands in chat. E.g. “group disbanded”. A simple channge from that red colored “declined” in the group window to “disbanded” if the group disbands or “full” would go a long way i think.
If there’s no RIO, there’s your armory. Don’t have the correct stats/talents/corruptions? You’re out. Don’t have the achievements for completing the content you’re trying to get in? You’re out. I’m not gonna play with people whom I dislike for one reason or another, RIO makes me waste less of my time judging them and provides a semi-reliable rating. By the way, I’ve had no troubles getting invited into groups once I got my 2k, and I did that in two months. I haven’t even played mythic+ before that, aside from a couple of dungeons in legion.
People are paying £300 for LOREMASTER title - Im sure they are paying £50 for Rio score too -

Most of the people who dislike raider .io have under 1k and max NM mode NY’alotha xp.

Dear fake elitist, do you really think that people who has lower score than you are necessary lower skill than you? Rio score is more reflection of people dedication than skill itself. And its BUYABLE. There is people in this game who plays like pro, they are with game since day 1, they got gladiator titles, server first kill titles, challange mode titles, they played pro content while you didnt even know what WoW is, yet you will stay in front of them and say “no skill low rio” ,who are you to do that? Grinding rio is more connected to people playtime at disposal than how player is good or not, and remember each of us sometimes can geek 24/7, sometimes is happy to play 2 hours, because life is dynamic, but this not means player is bad !
People buy rio score like they buy bread in bakery, its industry, and in the end rio become unlegit number :-* thank you boosting services to destroy that cancer which befall the WoW
No addon which can leak data to third party like this can exist, its SPYWARE in bottom line. Rio need to go away for good, it turned people into fake elitist monsters, community is one of worst gaming can offer, im sure there must be other way to check player skills, evry system was better than this addon in past…rio is worst of all methods people try to “measure” each others. If im blizzard i will again put gear behind skill, than pure inspection will be enough (explained in one of my previous posts), simple and easy

People just pick players that have less risk to fail something. If someone has done hundreds of 15’s done in time and then there is someone without any, who do you pick for your 1 +15 key. It is not elitist at all. You want to be invited without showing any experience at all 
And then we get back to the 3 times wiping on normal lord stormsong. WITH having the tactics explained.

It is not a tragedy? We laughed about it and i explained things (and still people run away when mindcontrolled)? But for a M+ run means the key is failed.

Its not elitist to ask to prove it. Rio is just a tool to help “proving it”.
Otherwise everyone can claim that they are Olympic Champions and etc…
But again rio proves nothing, since score is irrelevant and BUYABLE. There is other way to check guy besides of rio…combination of inspect, achiv checks, to see if guy did some really hard stuff in his carrer etc.

This is just example into what community turned, at least majority of community turned into this…now on there you can meet guy who not care about rio, but thats after 2hours jumping in stormwind and dealing with rio politics instead playing the actual game.
So again OLYMPICS and sports, since when m15 fit into Olymphic skill level??, it can be justified only if guy doing maybe m25+, oh and you never hear about cases where Olympics get injury and passed 2 year of Olymphics games, then return back and win gold medal ? What can you say about that?
Use your own key. no 2 hours playing a rio game. S1 was also something else than s4. People take players with less risk. You are a risk. And yes people CAN buy rio. Most players dont.
I just can not imagine players not having 1 thought in those 2 hours of maybe joining a community. or you have been in one, but you just are not so pleasant person and got ignored here and there.

This is part you mistaken…boosting services work at least x3 if any gieven time, 24 hours per day, people earn money to feed their families by boosting, no of them will work this if its not profitable and no clients, there is ARMY of people who buyed score maybe better than yours, in the end of the day you gonna bootlick them and in otherhand you gonna discriminate people who are legitly good. All based on that stupid spyware addon.
