People buy boosts like they buy bread in store, and I proved it with facts and picture. Main reason why people buy a boost is to avoid rio discrimination, so rio is reason why boosting flourish, as green poster, you playing dangeorus game by supporting it, supporting rio is supporting boosting market, i doubt Blizz woud be happy when they see their greens support boosts.

Thats 100% truth, because discimination is evident even when you want to do trivial stuff like m10, you wont enter in group if your rio not please rio crazed kid who lead the grp.

Challange what? I spit on their skill when they must have perfect group for anyhting they do and check any member they invite like they gonna drive space shuttle not play the game. I have so low respect for that

Look to rio like you gave your kid BB gun, kid pelt his sister in eye, what else you can do than take away his BB gun? Kid will cry offcourse, but you know that it must be done for greater good… Taking rio away will trigger to alot of people, but also ask yourself how sad is a sister which you pelted into eye? Rio is not innocent tool, rio is tool which make heaven for some people yet hell for another, and in its current form rio cant exist for long.

We even had here someone who did the boosting, and he claimed that at least 90% of boosting is for alt gearing. Not for rio.

In hots you get matched and then get to talk to your team and choose your heroes (and bans).

Boosting for gold isnt against the ToS.
Otherwise: look up pricing for boosts and how much a 15 costs. But since you wont look it up, 1 timed 15 does cost you 100k gold.

Adding up to 1.2 million gold for all 15s in time. I am pretty sure the majority of the playerbase doesnt have this amount of gold to throw at a rio score each and every season.

Adding up to 5 million gold for this Xpac alone.

Not to mention how much it will cost early in the season.
Lastly: rio has been here for 4 years now, boosting for gold is around for the last 15 years.
For someone playing for 15 years so far, i would think you would know.

Rio or not, players are free to set their own requirements.
If you dont like that, set your own requirements by making your own group.

Everyone plays a game in their own ways, if that means making the perfect group that is up to them.
It shows a lot of disrespect you arent recognizing that and all your replies so far actually tell me that you arent getting into groups because of your attitude and character than the lack of any addon based experience system.

Somehow it is around for already 4 years, and seems to flourish in what it does.
Its a Wowprogress 2.0.

I wont be sad if they remove rio, i will simply use other ways of picking out the people for my runs and i will still decline people.
Which will create threads like these that people did get declined because of X.

So no, nothing will change.

Have a good day.

It is, but in BFA it escalated, and now this monster need a bullet.

Wish i had your skills in dodging bullets, (maybe thats why rio didnt get a bullet yet, it learned from you how to dodge them)

You keep quoting 1 simple part of anyones reply and then make a comment about that.
Leaving everything else mentioned untouched.

I boosts when I need gold and I can tell you that the players who buy boosts have always been either undergeared alts who wanted a quick weekly or players uninterested in dungeon who just want gear without effort. Most of the boosts, the boostee just goes afk at the start and then we trade him the loot when it’s done. Most boosts are also armour stacks which costs more than a regular boosts, which means gear is the primary motivator, not score. I’ve even boosted players who had good enough score and played well enough but just wanted a quick and reliable run and had the spare hold to buy a boost.

I will decline people too, anyone will, we will decline and be declined thats normal part of game and life. However than majority of community wont be rio crazed monsters, and then we will have situation when door closes but window opens compare this to current rio retail situation where doors and windows are colosed if your rio not please a rio crazed kid who make a grp. Got the point?

Actually this makes me wonder if he doesn’t by any chance happen to be one of those guys who will give you an angry whisper if you decline/don’t invite him. I certainly remember names and just know not to invite them if they do that.

That not means I not reading all, There must be somekind of bonton there on forums, I avoid writing bible when I can, please understand.

I thought they were a minority? Did that change today?

Whats that now? where i typed that minority is rio crazed? If yes it must be tipfeller

You agreed they are “at the top of the pyramid”. Which is the smallest part.

Oh my, seems you even not understand concept of pyramid, you know how this object looks like? Issue is people are rio crazed even in bottom of that pyramid (the place where they shoudnt be crazed), even on bottom they behave like they are living WoW demigods disciminating anyone who got lesser rio than them. And pyramid is on bottom more fat than on top…

I showed today in here nobody asks for rio at all at the bottom. I am the one playing there on an alliance alt.

In bottom mercy can be shown as expansion end approach

Can i ask you when actually those pyramid rules apply? I pugged s1 and s2 A LOT, and something in s3 too. And i cant help it but i have never seen rio asked for a +5. I missed the start of s1, so my bad maybe.

I played at the start of s1, nobody asked for rio for a +5.
