I can’t log-in to any of my characters after this restart. I’m getting an error “Character not found”

Yes the realms seems to have no characters on them, but once i enter the realm I see the characters but even when i trying logging in the game, the loading bar gets stuck at 90% and disconnects me, bringing me back to the character selection screen with an error declaring “Character Not Found”

i have better issue, my realm is not in realm list (Ravencrest-EU)

Hi,
Have tried logging in to many time this morning to find Hellscream realm missing along with all my characters.
I have characters on other realms to “Which” Are there but still no Characters.

Have emptied Cache and done the repair phase but still no luck.

Same here with Nagrand , Silvermoon and Storscale servers.

I can’t see RavenCrest EU on realm selection. therefore I cannot access any of my alliance chars

Retrieving realm list takes long time. When I pops up. No toons on the other servers. Only Ravencrest is showing toons. Restart Battle.net did not help. Have to scroll and press Outland and all of a sudden toons show up.

Same here - no toons showing up on all my realms. Trying to log into Frostmanee & Silvermoon right now

I have the same problem. Takes very long to retrieve the realm list and when it’s done loading I see no chars.

Edit: also missing a couple of servers like Silvermoon and Aggramar (I have the most chars on these).

Edit 2: When I select a server that has chars on it like Bladefist; I can see the chars but when I log on It loads and says after a couple of seconds “Character not found”.

Same here, empty character list. After that I wait for 5 minutes and character wil show up, but when I try to enter the game with any character, at around 90% of loading screen it pops me “Character not found” error.

I don’t get Outland or Ravencrest to show up. I have characters on Tarren Mill and when logging in I get “Character not found”.

Same happening for me, takes a long time for my character list to load, and I try to log in to be hit with a long loading screen ending with “character not found”

I am not able to see Stormscale in my realm lists, not
sure for others.
