Why dumb though? If you have a level 60 main with good farming ability, 1 hour of farming+1hour of boosting your alt will yield more xp for your alt and more gold than 2 hours of normal play on the alt.
This is a subjective matter. I can guarantee you that alot of players feel the opposite of you. I frankly dont mind being able to farm an epic mount to an alt within a days work.
I am so glad different classes can farm gold through instances and not just in the world. Imagine what chaos we would have if all the players had to grind the same mobs on PvP server. Atleast on my server (Firemaw) this would not be an option. Thousands and thousands of lvl 60s hunting the same mob/herb/vein etc. Utter chaos indeed.
Iâve seen a video for every class and how they can farm instances for gold. Either solo or as a duo. Yes this is how classic is now, is it the same as back in 2006? No. Will it ever be? Most likely not. I doubt many players use the same computer as in 2006, and same goes for tactics/farming methods.
If people truely want to relive something over, they need a time machine, you cant experience the first time twice.
if you rather pay someone to boost you instead if level yourself, WoW classic is not the right place for you.
it pains me no one groups up for low level dungeons because of this.
Why though? Is somebody not allowed to like other aspects of the game than leveling?
After all, if you play your character regularly as opposed to raid logging at 60, the leveling part will anyway be only a small part of your /played. So, if you dislike this small part youâre not in the right place?
What isnât fair, is you trying to take away my gold farm sad times
The only thing breaking the economy is raw gold input. But both DMT and boosting are relying on other players gold and not injecting that much gold in the economy. they arenât causing an inflation, except maybe for items aimed at mages/hunters (DMT 140-150 gph is maybe achievable through selling items to player, but as a late 60 I never could reach those numbers. if you vendor instead you are closer to 70gph. Also note that selling items no longer works on many servers)
It will get worse once ZG is out
Exactly lol. Love when people exxagerate haha
If you vendor everything youâre still making 100g+/h. On my server, a stack of mana pots is 27g so that makes a lot of the income.
Hardly if you factor everything. a run is ~20-25 raw gold, to which you have to substract the 2 consumables you need for the run (~3g on my server). And youâll hardly hit the lockout when you factor everything in (time running to the vendor, to the books, some longer runs because of bad rng, etc).
Yeah, mana pot are a good income source, but again this is sold to players, not vendored. They donât cause any inflation.
I have enchanting on my hunter and DE 90% of all the items coming from tribute. After 10 runs I always end up with 4g-77g(sick rng) per run. I rarely vendor items. I highly recommend enchanting for tributes.
And I can do about 4-5 Runs per hour with my well geared hunter. Thatâs about 110g raw inflation per hour. Thatâs too much.
This is such an utterly ridiculous, pointless and arrogant statement. You should be embarrassed even saying something like that.
I agree. People tend to know best how other players should play and use their time. Like there is some sort of ârightâ way to play an MMORPG. Embarrassing indeed
Why? because people are lazy? get back under your stone.
Get a mage alt, there will be fewer and fewer alts to boost in the future anyway.
Learn to aoe lvl and ur mage alt will be 60 in less than 4 days played.
I think dungeon boosting is against the spirit of the game though, rather than nerfing the mage class they can up the xp-penalty of having high lvls in your party.
No, because you have no idea what youâre talking about.
People choose to play different than you = they must be lazy.
You are amazing.
