Ah well. My page is public. Not sure who it could be tho.
yet you proceed to keep typing in here making yourself look like a
because he spams normal bgs without a premade and gets randoms that afk, are gearing or simply dont understand the basics?
ebgs are the only way to have organized mass pvp with objectives. If you rather play solo then maybe a MASSIVE ONLINE MULTIPLAYER rpg isn’t for you.
By organized you mean 20 people on discord + random players vs unorganized random players whose only form of organization is one guy writing tactics in chat (at most?)
Yes, WoW is an MMO. The Limit on group size that is allowed to queue for this mode is still 5 and not one person more.
If Premade raid players don’t understand that joining with more than 5 players is not intended (join as group is greyed out if you attempt to queue as raid group, it doesn’t get any more obvious. You cheat the system by queue syncing and you know it),
maybe further measures like adding a penalty for dodging invites in order to prevent queue syncing might be necessary.
And there are restrictions on how many players can join in a BG together, so if you can’t handle playing a game without having all your friends to hold your hand and make it super easy for you then I suggest gaming altogether isn’t for you.
Maybe you should stick to party games if you can’t handle playing with more than 5 people.
And perhaps you should stick to the TOS of the game then we wouldn’t even need to be having this debate, you don’t have the minerals though.
It is all ego driven. These people claim not to care about Honor Levels and but guess what, there’s a mode where you can play with 15 of you friends against 15 of your other friends, which doesn’t reward anything. It’s called Wargames. Why don’t you do that for a challenge? Oh wait, you get a rise out of roflstomping pugs.
How does one even handle your queue syncing bs?
What are your options if you are up against a premade raid when you queue alone or in a small group? Let’s see…
- Put up a “David VS Goliath” style fight.
- While it is possible to win and might feel satisfying to win against all odds, your chances are slim to non-existent, depending who you are up against. Slim if you are against an ordinary premade raid like Fado who relies more on quantity and coordination, where the individual players are pretty mediocre on their own, and non- existent if you are up against someone like Pandora where the individual players are not only organized, but decent at the game on their own.
Even if you somehow manage to defeat them in a battle, prepare for them to use every lame underhand tactic in the book such as graveyard camping when they could easily just take over the base, turtling in the ashran base or the alterac passes where they patiently wait for you to come to them and fight at a disadvantageous position for you. If you’re already shameless enough to abuse the queue system, it turns out this isn’t too low for you either (talking about premade raids and their practices in general here).
I’ve had matches against premade raids that lasted upwards of 80 minutes.
The fact that it is an extremely uneven competition to begin with because one side decided that they can just ignore the restriction on maximum group size (effectively cheating, even though it is not bannable) is highly dissatisfying on its own. Who likes to play a game that is rigged?
And this is already the best option available to you.
What else can you do?
- “Screw you guys, I’m going home”
Leaving is perfectly understandable in such a situation. But who likes to wait 10 minutes for an invite to epic bgs and then another 15 minutes after getting out just to wait 10 more minutes for another round to open where they could be facing the same or similar bs? People sign up to play epic bgs and not for this rigged nonsense. The place that opens up after the leaver has left gets filled by the backfill function and dooms another soul to either sit out an unwinnable round or leave aswell and enjoy 15 minutes of deserter.
- Doing nothing, getting slaughtered, waiting for the round to end.
Sounds fun. Definitely not frustrating, rage inducing even for some and this totally doesn’t make people quit queuing up for epic bgs. The many threads of people such as this one where players are fed up with you and politely ask you to knock it off are also not an indicator that what you do is maybe not healthy for the game. They’re just salty and need to git gud.
- Fight fire with fire
And play in premade raid communities yourself. But then you only become part of the problem and make the game miserable for others.
So these are your options, and you know what? All of them suck. None of this should be necessary. Premade raids who queue sync simply shouldn’t exist period!
While premade raids are still somewhat of a fringe phenomenon and the majority of epic bgs is not ruined by them, there is absolutely no denying that making queue syncing harder or impossible and thus reducing the number of premade raids would make epic bgs miles better. Give people who really want to play like this their own bracket where they can face teams that are actually equally prepared as them, but get them out of regular epic bgs where they only tyrannize solo players and small groups.
Ban all rule breaking.
As far as I’m concerned, repeatedly farming people as a GY is classed as harassment, and synchronizing your BG queues to get more than the intended 5 man restriction into a single BG is breaking ToS.
Ban everyone heavily involved. Make sure to always mass report rule breaking.
No ToS is broken, your point?
Avoiding restrictions is against ToS
No restrictions are avoided.
Syncing multiple groups of 5 people to get put into a single BG to sway the odds massively is against ToS.
No one who does premades can answer me this: Can you group up to BGs with more than 5 people in random BGs?
If all those groups didn’t sync they eventually still end up together and end up syncing even if they don’t communicate. Regardless of whether it’s against the ToS or not (which it isn’t), it ends up happening anyway.
You can’t join random groups with a raid team if that’s what you mean, but you can still play with your friends when you end up in the same BG. Regardless of whether you try to join together or not.
20-40 “friends”
Come off it Shallisa
More like 10~20, 25~30 in very rare scenarios. But yes, some people actually do have more than 4 friends.
It all really sounds like a you problem honestly
A you problem. That’s why half of the BG forums are made up of complaints of premades.
Demon hunter brain
You have a problem with it, not me.
Half the forums is also made up of complaints about:
- gearing is too easy
- gearing is too hard
- m+ is too easy
- m+ is too hard
- affixes suck
- affixes don’t suck
- etc
So whatever really
