Blizzard, why the hell did you screw up Echo?

I like how this race is going to reflect why we hate blizzard so much for all the things they did wrong during shadowlands. Now they even screwed up the race

Method is in there atm as well, and are doing a good job I hear, so good for them. Why make this topic into bs about all that again?

Typical American f… corporation. lets screw everyone who is good and smart because we can. I’m done with this game.

Honestly Mythic does come with changes from time to time and them doing it on an encounter aint a problem. The problem however is the tuning of the fight, Echo has with one day less played catched up and ran passed Limit and got to the point of the expected kill just to realize that its probably not even possible to get the kill this week.

Which basiclly means Limit will once again with new Renown levels and an extra week of gear and a vault item be allowed a full day of playing ahead of Echo worst case Echo doesnt even get the chance to acutally get the first kill thanks to this.

And for all of you thinking that its just 4.5% more it should be doable you need to rethink that that 4.5% is more like almost 15% of the mark which totally is unrealisticly this reset because the 49.5% attempt was pretty flawless down to around 51% where two died shortly before the final raze. There is probably no way they get her 6% more at that point there is just no way.

Max said he thinks it’s probably doable

They said themselves they can probably do it. Their setup isn’t optimised for boss dmg as much as it can be. They thought they didn’t need to as they assumed they could kill the boss with what they are running, but since the fight is not over at 50% there is still a lot of changes they can make.

The biggest thing that can screw people over is domination shards tbh which is an issue in at of itself.

Yeah the 150+ latency is nothing when it comes to mythic raiding.
At least throw some proper bait, troll.

Even when they get this out if this game  believe me you wil still find this game trash

It’s impossible to kill her in the gear they currently have, and they don’t have too many options to imrove their iLvL at this point. So I guess their best shot is practicing the fight as much as they can, and on wednesday they can get big upgrades for their players. Problem is, limit will have access for re-clears 1 day sooner.

Considering there are EU players in Limit, and EU players in Echo… Clearly doesn’t matter as much as you seem to think~ But nice name calling, you’re definitely not compensating.

What is it with top end raiders simming and going “IMPOSSIBLE” like with c’thun? “IT’S MATHMATICALLY IMPOSSIBLE!”

Turns out they don’t know what they’re talking about.

They did actually. It was part of the hotfix several days ago which were nerfs for normal and heroic. The wording could have been clearer though.

Sylvanas Windrunner

  • The total damage players must do to Sylvanas Windrunner has been reduced by approximately 5% in Normal and Heroic Difficulties.

First off echo all those players ALSO KNEW OF IT second off yes they made a huge mistake, but so what believe me next tier echo and limit will have a hard time beating method.

That doesnt mean boss wouldve ended at 45%, you can reduce boss HP by 5% and it would still end at 50%, which is what they did.

The entirety of the Shadowlands exists to screw the 0.1% and everyone who thinks otherwise is wrong. If you think systems like conduit energy, covenants, conduits, torghast exist to hurt the 99%… what’s wrong with you? Covenants literally do not matter to the 99%, and conduit energy is not an issue to us either. These systems only hurt the 1% and nobody else.

When the Raid was released the boss died at 45%.

But last week’s hotfix nerfed the encounter by 5% in normal and heroic. It’s written & dated to the 8th of July.

Dataminings prove it.

There’s no whimsical Blizzard changing values at the very last second, y’all just can’t read a patch note & expected 50% without any proof.

Echo screwed themselves over by making an assumption.

I’m not sure why its suddenly big bad Blizz’s fault. Thats hilarious.

Who cares? This “race” was screwed from birth due to the lack of top-end Alliance raiding guild. What we are seeing is a Horde competition that advertises for the Horde as the faction to go to for competitive players, and everyone is fronting this without a single care about how it negatively affects the faction imbalance.

Ahh yes when Blizzard were designing the raid they clearly had the foresight to base the boss % hp on what would favour Limit specifically based on the progression race that they could have never predicted to begin with, makes complete sense.

Does it not ending at 50% help Limit? Maybe, but don’t say something so ridiculous as if the whole thing is sabotaged. Echo made the assumption about the boss health %, now they will go and re-evaluate how to proceeed. The 16 hour advantage always helps the US more but to suggest Blizzard messed up with the boss design/balance is laughable.
