Privacy? To do what? You put your character to “bed”, and you stare at it on your monitor? What privacy do you need?
I mean yes it will be orc houses but I don’t think they will go for these super simple mud huts like in crossroads but more the houses we see now in OG like the new bank or auction house or the houses around them.
But yes they will obviously orc houses and I hope.myself they will quickly give us more to choose from.
I just think mud huts against “nice” human houses sounds a bit to bad
But that’s they’ve done to us every time so far.

That true and I’m not a fan but I have to say orcs are somewhat out main race even so most players prefer the elves.
Even when every race still had a strong leader they all followed the warchiefs lead

I don’t really understand what that has to do with Player housing.
But my point is, it’s important that these things are asked considering they didn’t learn anything from Garrison feedback at the time.
Well it looks like they start with the “main” race of each faction wich I think is a bad idea.
They said they learned from the garrisons but they obviously didn’t

For example, having a dinner with friends without the trolls putting toys on us or jumping around lolling. Or uninvited guests barging in.
Nice to get an update even if it barely has any meat on the bones. I must be honest though, I am not surprised at human and orc housing. I actually anticipated this but I did expect at least another one or two options. At least Holly is honest in stating that it appears to be a massive project and by that it sounds they may even be setting up a dedicated housing team.
Reading through the thread and comments, I do hope for those who are disappointed about the options, that Elven housing does make an appearance as an “expansion feature” for Midnight. Especially considering they will be the center of the expansion.
I guess all we can do is hope they give a more frequent updates sooner than later.
This video gives me hope for individual, instanced apartments in the future, on more than one locations. I hope Taliesin will be right.

Maybe not at the start but sooner or later.
Btw did they even say anything about what the starting themes will be at this point or is it still us thinking it’s gonna be orcs and humans cause of the concepts
That one they have announced already, yes.
Trust is earned. Blizzard usually only does Orc and Stormwind aesthetics with new goods.
