Bursting fails!

That is why i started this topic 2 days ago…

Bursting. How much damage?

So, is bursting 5% total like the ingame tooltip says, and wowhead? Or is it 14% like this blue says? (and buffed from 10%?? thought it was 5% in Bfa and 10% in legion)

I now start every dungeon with just saying to pay attention to bursting, it is buffed to 14%… Nobody knows this.
