turkcell superonline from ankara not working. was able to connect using dongle with turkcell cellular. can’t do the tests on a mac.

Its probably blizzard blocking superonline to block the ddos attack. God knows when this will be fixed. Sunday prime time over ggs!

When i try to ping your server or website, i cant reach any of them. Obviously there is a problem with ISP (Turkcell Superonline)

@Nenyasqi I can not believe how you still don’t respond to all these people. This problem happend right after DDOS attacks. I believe you blocked some ips to avoid ddos and we are in them. This is so unprofessional. I get it you had to do something immidiately but its almost 10 hours already. Please respond to us about what is going on. People wasted sunday and one day of their game times and you have no idea how expensive it is in Turkey

My friend works at superonline and he said that blizzard blocked their IPs after ddos attack.
There is nothing ISP can do about this. Blizzard must unblock IPs.

There is no problem for other ISP users. Only superonline.

I have talked with my ISP and it seems you are blocking Turkcell Superonline on your end.

I pay money for game time and it is not cheap due to exchange rates. I am denied service for which I pay, this is not acceptable.

I never had such problems before with this particular ISP.

Can you provide us some ETA ? How long will this go on? Will I be compensated ?

I would be cearfull saying its an ip block … because if that would true they must have done a geoblock but then they would be aware that no one from the country cant access the game … and it does not look like that right now …

Its possible there is a node down causing routing issues ?

hard to say lots of different ip tracerouts i have seen here … one could not tracer longer then to his own router … some could go all the way to paris that seems fine mostly …

Its really hard to say … one thing that goes again it seems to be only from turky though right now.

How to say … I know all of you wanna play but i think it would be better to stay calm because the guy here reading and trying to help is most likely not the person in anyway responsible for any of the issue and just tries to help … i know that can be sometimes a bit hard to remember … that why i wanna try to make at least aware of it =)

I understand … but just looking at Ugurabi latest post i dont think its a simple fix … it can be multible issues …

I see he does not even get to europe really in his traceroute for some reason … it looks like he only gets to hop 8 out of 13 that others have … it seems like a complex issue that might be not even blizzards fault
