possible … hard to say … i just had a look at peoples tracert and some of them are quit different … some get to paris … some only get to there country border at least one did only get to his own router … but i would have thought even if they are on a vpn they would get a reply …
That said it seems that the ISP and country are the only thing that i can see goes over and over again here … meaning that there is clearly an issue between those two endpoints … i wonder if it could be a mix of IP blocks on blizzard … and ip block in the middle of the route or a down note …or all of them together … hard to say really at this point for me … but its nice to hear that some at least report that they can get in again

It is solved. I have called to Superonline. They told me that they were aware of this problem and working on solving with Blizz. Thank you all for your effort. I hope we will get our payback for the time we have wasted

Since 7th sep but have been having issues from 3rd sep. ( played all of BFA fine with no problems from Vietnam on EU server, and also for the first week of classic)
we cannot log on to battlenet including the website. we have to VPN just to reply here.
- Playing from Hanoi-Vietnam. isp VNPT, when we try VPN we can login and play but a very laggy.
