When I think about FB like votes it is like “Funny Guy”, “Nice Guy”, “Like” and “Good Player”
No negative things.

Glad.gg - new interesting pvp site - #8 by Bewarê-frostmane read that post too.
I’m sorry, I get that you’re trying to make it more socially interactive, but design-wise it just doesn’t take into account the possibility of abuse. In an ideal world, these things would work great if people would use that stuff only for its intended purpose and wouldn’t judge people too much before giving them a try - but the world isn’t ideal and people are both good and bad.
didn’t know this glad.gg before but they got a feature I also have on my list of upcoming features
I hope you didn’t miss what I wrote about the existence of votes on vetting sites inbetween strangers. But yeah, just try to keep it under control. Because you should know by now that the last thing the game needs is more reasons to not give other people a try.
Not to mention how unreliable such upvotes actually are on a “WoW rating history site”, so it doesn’t really serve much use for it to be there in the first place.
You must have some problems in your head if you hearing “mate” the first thing comes to your mind is sexual meaning
Animal planet, bro.
Anyways, mate in teammate or soulmate and so on is one thing, but mate on its own means what it means when you’re not thinking of the British common use of it.
You made me think about it. Thats what you wanted right?
In the meantime i finished todays little update.
Now you can see the max XP of a known character in the searchresult
Yes, that’s all. Thank you for staying levelheaded. I can think of many others who would’ve blown a fuse long ago.
maybe this is why pvp-mate will work
Well, I wish you luck, despite the name. I’ve always found check-pvp to be a little limited, so it’s great to see some development on the concept.
Thank you =)
I’ll be damn sure to pvp-mate my enemies if you get what I’m saying
you are sooo dirty Karanze
What dark energy is forcing you to comment every post in this forum? Not only that it’s also always negative. The world doesn’t need your opinion in any way. You should also stop acting like you are an expert in every topic because you are clearly not.
And how do you like pvp-mate?
Nice site!
I love the big character image at the details page
Here I thought you were gonna say I’m wrong about some comment I’ve made about some class or class change, but for the one post you choose to single out, it’s one about social design? Yeah no, if you don’t understand the post or what it refers to, then you clearly shouldn’t say anything about it.
It’s one thing if you’d choose to reply to the first post I made in the thread out of the convenience of its location (or the last post if clicking on the thread would bring you down to the bottom, doesn’t matter which) and then talk about a broader view like how you decided to phrase your post, but you clearly chose that post for a reason considering the way it stands out.
It’s only negative if you see it as negative. If you see it as a positive thing that potential problems are brought to light and therefore making it possible for the developer(s) (i.e. the OP himself) to deal with it, then it ends up as a positive. I’m not going to shower people with compliments at the same time when it’s meaningless to do so, just on the off-chance someone might be offended by it otherwise. You should get a tougher skin. The OP clearly handled it well (it was very impressive actually, except for that obtuse act at the start). I have no clue why you, some random spectator, would feel the need to chip in about the way arguments are presented instead of a specific argument itself.
Also, it doesn’t seem like you understand what a public forum is or what it’s for.
PS:
I point out problems when something catches my eye, and I give honest compliments when I personally judge it’s appropriate to do so. It’s not something for you, some random spectator, to dictate on a forum you have no control over. If you want to talk about “the world”, then the world doesn’t need your kind of nonsense.
The only real competition to check-pvp atm is glad.gg
U get better design + more information that’s also presented in a better way.
Yeah, but in terms of room for potential then I’d say this dirty-sounding mating site () shows a more conscientious approach since he’s more open. (Pun intended.)
hmm did you visit pvp-mate?
Glad is nice without doubt and I would love to hear what makes you think glad is better than pvp-mate.
Is “U get better design + more information that’s also presented in a better way.” for both sites or just check?
Thank you for your feedback Sterix
