This is how fresh hardcore servers will look like. At the moment it’s classic era botting fiesta. But they preparing how to farm in a full group of bots.

But… but… AH and trading are a part of the experience! Why would bots come to farm on HC servers, it’s so HARDCORE and HARD !!! No way bots could do it !

Said it before and I say it again. Make both AH, mail and personal trading in trading brackets, just like PVP have brackets. Would solve 90% of the botting. Being lvl 60 you can only trade with other lvl 60ties and those 60ties can’t send stuff to their alts that are still lvling, so now fueling high lvl stuff downwards. No runecloth bags for someone in their 30ties, because lvl 30ties are not going to farm lvl 50+ mobs. No inflated prices on lvl 1-59 AH as noone can send item down a tier. No high lvl enchants on low lvl gears as you can’t open the trade window if you are not in the same bracket.
So you are limiting the AH, fixing most of the problems, while still letting people trade for wands, bags etc. BS can get the few pieces of leather they need, LW can get the herbs for some items, enchanters can get their rods, but they can’t be overpowered.

I still think my grey / white items limitation way better. If you can trade +/- 5 levels people have go-betweens all level brackets.
If you hard-limit like 1-10, 11-20, 21-35 and so on people will complain “I just levelled 20. Now I did not got MY dagger … Waaah!” And you also still need low level mats for proffs, maybe even you want change proff later on.
Or limit trade to mats. The HC crew is not too hot on you funneling bags to other players.
I said lvl brackets like PVP. Like 20-29, 30-39 and so on. Then you can’t go between brackets.

Seems like people want it this way. Or they’re in full denial what will happen. Wouldn’t be the first time.

IMHO Blizzard should endorse and gamify this. With each death they should emit a message on how much money got wasted by the player 
$1 000 000 after a month?

Money wasted by the player or money gained by Blizzard for not implementing simple solutions / restrictions to prevent this problem ever happening.
And I say people will whine because Oops accidentally ding 20 or other bracket number while saving for that one item they need. Not smart. Grey / white items for trade first 25 levels way better. No decking out alts in greens 
no RMT, or at least limited to price of bags. What’s not to like? And when (if …) you make it to 35 you get to buy gren stuff too.
I kinda fail to understand: what is the point of bots in hardcore with no ah and trading?

In the normal realm, yes, but for HC I’m a bit too evil…
Those parodies are way too good:
Destruction of HC realms would be the shining example of Blizzard’s lack of customer support / GMs but also of the player base - how the original game is meaningless to the majority and all they want is to play modern meta slave rat race or pretend they are streamers and content creators worth watching.

Why would that be a problem? You can sell lower lvl items on higher brackets too. There is actually a bigger chance you find an item in the 20-29 bracket than in the 10-19 bracket. Alternativ you can ask the seller to hold off until they get 20.
And with your method it’s all to easy to funnel gold downwards by having a low lvl putting up some grey/white item to an outrages cost and having you main buy it, or since it’s only trading, they might just send the gold directly. And they will need gold to buy the end lvl enchants and 14 slots they want for your alts. And since you can’t buy neither green and blue items for disenchanting and neither buy or sell the dust/essences and shards, it will be extremely hard to lvl up enchanting and even harder to sell anything. How do you suppose people are going to buy an enchant, if they can neither buy enchanting materials or give the enchanter some green and hope for the best? The enchanter have to just sit on a huge stack of mats to have the mats needed. You really didn’t think this true.
I have tailoring with enchantments. So I make gear, DE and go.
But no, as I play IronMan I have not thought of enchants on items for other. Do not use – And as you can think. I do not do Enchant on IronMan character … .is no use .
And have next to nothing on which to use G after level 10. I have always much G left over,
I am kind of Solo self fund, only buy off AH never sell, only vendor.
I am sure exception could be made for enchants.
But yeah all problems come from people not having integrity, or from players haveing probelms with other players lack of integrity.
I am happy Blizz make a HC server where everyone have baseline rules only and can add to challenge how they like.

Yes. That way you can’t funnel down money, OP items and enchants. Bots would be minimal as most of the gold farming is on higher/max lvl. There would be no inflating markets for leveling characters, while you can still get and sell all items that is appropriate for your lvl range.
You so can. Difference between the G you have start and end bracket is much. 10 s is a fortune to level 1 Lower level characters need less G so easy-peasy.
And you would only get bots constantly killing just one level grey mobs for hours, so as to not level but stay in bracket and sell G to players Bots will find a way as long as trade allowed. The only way stop this is forbid all trade or ban all gold buyers (not sellers).
I do as already stated no go for ban on trade. I love proffs too much to forbid.
And I do not care if other cheat.
And I love to allow all to play as they like. So from me: No additional rules to those already stipulated by Blizz is all fine.
At lvl 1 you don’t need gold. You need 10c for your lvl 2 skill and 2 s for your 2lvl 4 skills, and another 2 for your lvl 6 skill. You will get this by lvling to lvl 6. Yes You can run your lvl 6 to the city and use your lvl 9 to send him some money, but most won’t as the lvl 9 is going to need the money itself when it lvl up to lvl 10. At best the lvl 9 is a tailor that has somehow managed to get enough cloth before he hit 10 to be able to make bags and even more cloth to send to his lvl 6, that will hit 10 in less than 2 hours for a regular player. And seriously if you think sending 10s 3 -4 lvls down is a problem I just rest my case.
Gold = bags. Bags make life at low levels sooo much easier. I’d love to run my level 1 (almost 2 by then) to nearest town to be filled with bags. But I don’t as is chaeting. 
And unless you do SSF in grey / white only and have to sometimes buy vendor weapon = so incredibly expensive 
you have lots of G to spare at 9, 19, 29 and so on. At least I have.
And I sure Bots will find way out!
