i’m not entirely sure. Because we still get the buff, but with a lot more hassle and potential grief. Making the buff more accessible wouldn’t end another faction.
Balance changes? potentially. But asking for MoS back only alleviates un-fun ‘gameplay’ for us alliance raiders.
as i’ve said other places,
i wouldn’t mind if wcb/rend was unable to get as an alliance, because then i wouldn’t have to feel like i had to get it to chase my own logs. But for a lot of players, im sure it would ruin their experience, because its such a fun buff to play with.

This is why if Rend should be preserved it should be preserved only as unfixed bug as it was till now.
For those who find fun to chase own logs agaist all odds.
Certainly MOS should not be placed as it would inflate hard work of those in the past who had to chase it in Origrimmar but also especcially horde would get even further down on logs compared to Alliance.
There are already threads out there made by horde fixing ‘‘unfairines’’ in pve comparing to Alliance thanks all this whinning about MOS.
Not even mentioning casters whinning about warriors another buff as it was poping a lot on forums after MOS was a thing. Being blind to consequences is one thing. But being ignorant for sake of own logs is another thing.
Well, we are all circling around our own arguments and I am the first person guilty of this.
I am hoping Blizzard will do a better job at communicating next time.
Bear in mind Fakkern, that for all my stubborness, I do want the best for Era and that includes both factions, PvPers, parsers, herb gatherers, you name it.
I think we can all agree that introducing the changes and reverting them after a week has been a major issue for the community. I think you said it in a previous post → “Don’t give us candy, than take it away”, and I agree on that too.

This is not rly ur fault. Blizzard messed up agan. They should point out back in 2019 if they want change original version of vanilla or if they want keep it in #nochanges. But insted they gave ppl false promises that ofc lead to players negative feedback.

MoS brought alot of new evergy to raids, people more likely to use their world buffs because it was alot less work and effort to get them all back again.

You are beginning to contradict yourself…
At first you are saying this buff should be horde only, and now you only want the state where alliance players can be griefed and have to go through with the undesired errand.
You are clearly displaying your griefer mentality and bias now.
EDIT: You argue that this is a buff that alliance should never be able to get, but when i open to take your side on not having Rend on alliance at all, you clearly show that you want alliance players to be targetable for grief in the barrens.
yes, i do not want balance changes, like the loophole opened from giving druids polearms. But imho, boons and MoS has both been good QoL changes that does not affect any balance in the game. And those changes have only negatively affected the griefers in this community.
Its funny guys how u all trying ruin the original game so hard, begging blizzard to corrupt the game even more. Its actualy hilarious and sad how #changes crowd telling that #nochanges “ruins” classic wow. But the funny thing is , the #nochanges ppl are ppl who actualy bring, created classic back in 2019, when blizz shut down Nostalrlius server, biggest Vanilla server with 100k+ppl
Yes, these sweaty #nochanges nerds are the reason why u still can play classic servers right now. All we want is just to save original game from blizzard and players who want transform game into retail 2.0

if i was promoting that blizzard would create balance changes, i would be playing retail wow. Some small features are welcomming changes. Such as the chronoboons.
You cannot convince me staying logged out with your world buffs like we did in 2019 was a better experience than what we have now. And i would very much praise blizzard if we also didnt have to be afk in the barrens and risk getting griefed in the process.

Alredy contradicting. Any changes, no matter what, are changes. Theres no such things like “small changes” for a game that supposed to be unchanged, original

In this case you should ask urself. “Why play classic. Why i just cant go play retail or sod with all thse amazing just small features”
These “small” features can turn in a big one in matter of seconds. Today YOU want MoS , next day some dude will need mini ragnaros, another day some dude will want to summon
red lamborgini as new mount, another day someone will want lfg tool etc . It will create a chain reaction when literally everyone will start crying for more
If you want to change original game so hard, maybe you dont realy like it?

That does not sound like QoL to me.
Then why am i here?.. You see how that argument has zero integrity. i love this game. I just hate wasting time in the barrens, and being unable to play without boons because i want to chase my logs.

i’m not pretending its not a change at all. And we are afterall not playing on an unchanged version. we are playing on a better one.
Do you know that on PvE realms, horde are extinct? Who will drop rends there??
EDIT: As i’ve said earlier. MoS would be incredible for PvE servers, where alliance could enjoy rend, where they otherwise could not.

Yes, if you really think the majority of the playerbase would rather pay a subscription to be logged off of their characters to preserve their world buffs, then i think we should.

This reminds me of logging out in the barrens, waiting for my eggtimer to go off so horde can drop rend for me, instead of playing in stormwind

I am not contradicting myself that I dont want changes. I am not one calling fixing that bug that allows you to get it to be fixed. But if you really wanted fair change, it would be one that removes possibility for Alliance getting rend and nothing else. MOS introducing to classic ERA would mean revamp design of the game to have Horde pve performance on Alliance par. For that there is SOD.
