Some of the layering abuse was exaggerated, but this can definitely be abused.
I think permanent bans if people are doing it intentionally to farm, seems appropriate.

Nothing will happens mark my words… MAYBE, just MAYBE a 3 days ban and possible loot removal happens…
Also happy that i wasnt wasting more time than lvl up a character to max lvl, also did one full clear run for strat.
But this is kinda demotivating… dunno of my server did this tho…

It’s real and people have been exploiting it for days.
It needs to be fixed, people need to be banned for it. Hell, they should roll back servers completely to be honest.
Remember when layers were supposed to be starting zones only? What happened to that anyway?

Well im hoping that they aren’t lenient here. If it’s instances, why wouldn’t it work for raids? Even if not, its clear exploit to gain advantage over others.

Raid bosses tagged with ID so even you can respawn it, you cant loot it multiple times. But dungeons didnt have one, so dungeon abuse 100%

It’s a feature of WoW Classic™ No bans should be handed out. Blizzard might want to nerf layering in some way though.

Every single person who was doing this intentionally (read: more than once) should be permabanned. Though I highly doubt that Blizzard cares enough to deal with these people.
At least now they don’t have other choice other than hotfix this bs asap.

It was also happening in raids, you can check certain streamers from US specificially, that did multiple MC runs in one week. Because, same as the dungeon exploit, it translated over to raids also. One of the streamers loves ret paladin, has black hair and retbulls. Its just been exploited so bad guys, you dont even realize it.
