It doesn’t. A misprint on a box, no. Maybe if something was spelled incorrectly. But certainly not an alignment issue. A misprint on a figurine/statue. That can be a different story.

Which company did the delivery for you guys? I got an email from UPS last week about a delivery. And it’s been stuck on ‘label created’ for almost a week now. I’m not even sure if it’s the CE because I didnt get an email from the gear shop. But I haven’t ordered anything else so it’s probably the CE.
Can you look up any details on UPS website on where it’s from or an order number?

My collectors Edition has not arrived yet…it at least stopped bouncing in Germany and is finally now in Sweden. It took them 7 days to find where Sweden is it seems. 
It was going to be delivered today but just got a message that it is delayed further due to sorting. The package will now be sent to the right destination.
So far they have unloaded it and loaded my collectors edition 7 times and the horror stories i heard of the poor packaging i have lost all hope of getting a box in good condition.
I am probably going to record on video all the way from the arrival of the package and the unboxing to have enough proof if there should be any issues. On US forums people even reported missing CD keys or used keys. Will be impossible to argue something like that without having 100% coverage of the arrival to unpacking.
Maybe im painting the devil on the wall here. Bying a new Collectors Edition box is a thing i always looked forward to with a new expansion. Feels more like it is turning into a horror/commedy show…

I just got mine. It’s in perfect condition. Unsure if packaged the same as others’ (heavy bubblewrap inside plastic wrapping) but it was sufficient to survive UPS internationally and the national postal service domestically at least.

wait you had more bubblerap than a single layer that was barely covering all edges?
Just one layer, but the thick/“heavy” bubblewrap and it definitely covered all edges. Regardless it’s definitely not as safe as if they’d sent it in a cardboard box which basically everyone would’ve done.
All orders are sent by UPS by Logisfashion. If yours is still stuck on ‘label created’. It’s either not posted yet, or most likey lost in transition…

Mine arrived in a sort of plastic bag with thin bubble wrap on the inside. By thin i mean you couldnt pop the bubbles between your fingers.
The box itself, most corner are little bit dented some very light, others more obvious.
On the top a side was dented in on the middle and there is a start of a tear in the cardboard.
For something this expensive and being internationally shipped (giving it more risk to be banged up) it should have been packed better.
Edit: I’ll file a complaint about the poor packaging. They need to know they f’ed trying to be cheap

To be fair, just supply photos about bent corners and dents. Accepting this kind of behaviour needs to be discouraged. Don’t tell them you’re only informing them about bad packaging.

I was looking forward to receiving my box but after reading this thread I’m just nervous 
Mine was only slightly bumped in the corners, but it was indeed poorly packaged compared to the past.
The CE is more expensive than ever, but has never felt so cheap, even the box itself. And no soundtrack at all this time, I bet it will be available separately later on…

Only the tracking number of the package. I also didnt get an email from the gear shop that it’s on it’s way. Which I think I should get too
