Why you are complaining? Russian premades are just as easy as a pug… we rarely lose against them 
tbh Russians are usually autowin for horde, that is not an issue. Neither is my connection as I face no lag issues against other players (nor majority of russians either).
In Vanilla everyone had worse connection and the spellpatching made sense. Now not so much. It only highlights the problems when facing opponent with worse connection.
I still dont understand what you want from Russian servers.

Judging from this topic no one is losing to russian premades and even if they were it is beside the point. I want latency free games. Not really caring about if my side ends up losing or winning. For some reason latency is higher against russian servers and it has even resulted in rumors that ppl are using permastealth hacks or other exploits. I am pretty certain that it is not the case and latency is to blame.
Classic have spell batching. People with 25 ping and 150 ping with - no difference.
They don’t have the internet technology in eastern Russia FYI.
