No, if someone is being transparently homophobic, then it should indeed be called out.

Their orientation never came up (except for people’s own assumptions based on little events - but those don’t really mean anything). Now it did. That’s not forcing anything.

Who talks about it at all? All we imply is that the Democratic Party of the USA is spreading a political message through big tech companies, Hollywood, software products, and most importantly Facebook and Twitter. And this political message is reaching MY country too.

In the case of Shaw and Flynn, it’s not changing, but ADDING. Since we had no knowledge of their sexual pref, now we do.

In the case of Shaw and Flynn we got confirmation outside of the game, they were never intended to be bisexual, but were rather changed on a whim because it was poppular with the community. The first conformation was during and interview with Denuser where he was put on the spot, much like J.K. Rollings “Dumbledore is gay” thing, and look how that turned out, it was neither genuane nor sincere, tell me honetly if you didnt know that tweet existed would you have interprited the “more than brothers line” in FB2TCoG the way you do now ?

There was no indication Flynn and Shaw were straight. They weren’t portrayed as straight or gay. Nothing was said on who they like to spend their free time with.
