Normally i never come here on the forums or i never made a topic i think in the past but this time I feel like i rly need to. For the grammar and english mistakes upwards im sorry its not my major language.
So I’m playing an Arms Warrior in arena/pvp/bg’s and I’ve noticed a huge disadvantage when I’m playing against Demon Hunters. When they are playing Mana Rift (mana burn effect) honor talent and rain from above and 2x Ra’den weapon called Unguent Caress that deals huge ammount of dmg in front of em + a slow which was the only thing that DH’s didnt had cuz no1 plays with master of the glaive anymore they are literally unstoppable. And it rly doesnt matter if they are 1,5k 2k or 2.5k or higher exp/cr etc. Ammount of mana burn (that healer has to go through and drinks he cannot get cuz DH mobility)/burst dmg (u have to heal throlugh and still somehow get mana for it)/mobility u gave this class Blizzard is just ridiculous. DH has literally everything. He doesnt need mortal strike or even slow. He does so much dmg and burn that i bet most of melee/caster comps cannot just take. The arena LFG looks like all healers in que have LF DH title. Cuz w/e they play with needs to be insanely skilled and have insane gear to be able to outdmg a DH. But the problem would be solved if u would remove the mana burn from DH’s. I bet most of the high rated players there would agree that even the dmg is bareable but the mana burn is not. Normally priests back in the day and lock had mana burn and it was meaningful cuz that class brought sth to that comp. But when u removed a mana burn effect every1 lost it. As a DH its very easy to land a mana burn u stun a target and gg. The only way is to play relentless and then he has to land 2xstun or an imprison or his healer helps him to land 2nd cc/stun. Games are ending after 2-5 mins if lucky when healer has no mana and DH just swaps to dps and finish him with the burst he has. Alright outside that: Blade Dance gives him 100% dodge for 1 sec and thats like 7-8 sec cd. Blizz cmon they dont even have to time it right they just spam this for dmg and randomly dodge kidney/sharpen blade (mortal strike) any high burst dmg. So melee stuggles to dps a DH and still they need to time their strong dmg/stuns to not get dodged. And like i typed that be4 they dont even try to time it. Randomly it saving em. Blur 1 min cd 50% dodge and 35% reduce dmg taken. U gave em such a strong leech that they dont need to be healed with the leech they have and mobility ofc to heal themselved w/o a problem.
As a melee representative i think the person that was making a DH and his honor talents/pvp talents is just joking. U made a rly rly rly bad job dude.
A class that have a:
the best mobility + double jump
the strongest dps/burst
2x stuns
immunes
mana burn
a dispel
strong def cd with low cd
PASSIVE dodge effect from a dps ability
insane passive healing
and 4 min cd Swifty that gives a a bloodlust/leech and while activating is immune to all cc like stuns. Btw that a joke that whenever he is using Meta and u land a stormbolt in example in that exact moment hes immune to all cc for 1 sec. So whenever ur unlucky and he is just doing dmg u got F’ed for 30 sec (storm bolt cd).
My advice? Get rid of the mana burn at least. I dont expect anything else u will do to this character anyway. Cuz this problem last since season 1 BFA.
