Yeah, it feels like it’s an AI rewriting the same post over and over
Hmmm… well, I believe there are bad faith actors on both sides and I think we must all build bridges and be nice but doesn’t anyone here kind of think PCU bad? Here’s an unsubstantiated example why PCU bad. I’m not on any side though, we should all work together.
does not even start there. Its weird for me to find a guild in Orgrimmar, that is well known for walking among alliance + aiding the alliance by the likes of giving supplies to them IC and getting aggressive towards horde guilds IC when confronted about that. Its a thing that’s been going on even before BfA for the guild in question. Which leads to the question, why do they think they can stand in Orgrimmar, loudly yelling who they are and tell people to join their cause so openly, when they clearly seem to be taking actions against the horde, time and time again.
Genuinely, I am curious to see what you’ve got to show. I’ve heard the anti-PCU line (and obviously I don’t find it totally convincing) but not much about this planned OOC guild invasion stuff.
I can run around harvesting quotes from people complaining about teleporting rebels if you want, but like, you’ve seen them. I’m not talking about anything mindblowing or damning here, just people being mildly grumpy.
I mean, I talked to people. I just didn’t sign on with a guild and start running campaigns. But people were so het up about everything - like, everything - that most of them would spill the beans/try to recruit you to their side of the argument in /w if you just asked them what the deal was with X or Y up front.
For obvious reasons posting logs directly on the forums is kind of a no-no, but you are more than welcome to join the public AD discord and hit people up there if you are curious.
Absolutely nothing on the forums but I think if you similarly " talked to people " who weren’t confined exclusively to one side you wouldn’t need to ask
I mean, the strong version of the anti-PCU line looks like The Boys from Brazil. If I thought that was true/credible I probably wouldn’t be talking to you.
Alright, maybe I’ll check out your Discord so you can share the secret receipts sometime. Have a nice night!
I wish people would stop trying to die on these anti-PCU hills, it feels like some people spend their entire day trying to think up this “Gotcha!” moment that usually just consists of rumours they heard somewhere, mostly from people who are similarly angry for barely any reason.

It’s true though… they do look like that. And here is an example of a person i was on extremely friendly terms with, but then did not talk with for around a year, suddenly chatting with me and here is what they have to say… (i blurred out the name of the person who is not me to be nice to him simple as)
edit: I was quite simply instantly removed afterwards. Honestly though… its nice to know that there are people out there who will cut ties with you instantly when they see you playing with the PCU and having fun with that
Tbh I see a lot of not-so-subtle posts in this thread, made by PCU members, that are kinda inclined to go “well, they are the bad guys, we do no wrongs”.
While I have no sympathy for this attitude, and have made it clear many times, I think it’s obviously going to raise an eyebrow or two even for those who are fairly uninvolved in the schism.
And it equally raises eyebrows how no real examples are ever given when people talk about the wrong-doings of the PCU, it’s all just left incredibly vague.
pretty sure they been asked to bring proof of the things they talk about. Meanwhile i casually posted some very recent proof of this hate PCU!!! something that happen this Friday funny enough btw.
It’s just because there are usually dozens to take from, each one fairly controversial on its own, but usually in quite a few there is this common trait: the tendency of the PCU to act in a non-diplomatic way when there is criticism.
Furthermore, if we were to throw examples, we’d be basically pointing fingers, which usually makes many people take issues at heart, personally. If you think you have done nothing wrong, good for you, I suppose. Of course, I disagree, but your deeds aren’t part of the topic.
