Arent we all getting sick from looking for members to do dungeons?

No we aren’t sick of all those things, but I’ll tell you what we’re sick of: people asking for changes and wanting to turn Classic into a noob convenient retail version to their self casual noob player image. Stop. You know where to find dungeon finder and all the other kiddie conveniences right? It’s on the same game launcher.

Dandaris I really don’t know if you’re a troll but Ive seen you advocate for all the possible changes so far in this forum. You want barber shop, you want flying, you want this and you probably want more. Why not just sod off back to retail if you can’t cope with this minimalist version of the game? I think you must see the difference. You, apprently are someone who does not want Classic to change.
I respect that, honostly i do, but.
There are other people like. Who think that some changes would make Classic better. Im still advocating for some things, that is true. But i also give in sometimes. I do not strongly think as i did before that flying is really needed, i still would like it, but it is not mandatory.
I also have a life and somethings in this game sure can go alot faster.
Is there a lamer way to form a raid than clicking a button and having the game matchmake for you?
Man I also have a life, a job and not loads of free time to play, doesn’t change me from accepting this game for what it is, a flawed imperfect WOW version that I’m quite fond of and I’m not interested in molding it to resemble the worst out of the 2 versions.
Just wait for wotlk classic and you will get your dungeon finder.

You knew what you signed up for long ago. Deal with the game as it is or leave. Either way, Blizzard doesn’t care.
Actually a group finder in a vein of the one in TBC would be nice without changing much at all in regards to gameplay. You just list yourself as looking for up to 3 dungeons, or list your group as looking for certain roles, and the listing stays up in a UI tab. It is in essence just as if your copy pasted message in LFG channel is always visible to anyone who opens the tab, instead of spamming over the endless full-paragraph guild advertisments.
I believe Classic gameplay should stray as little as possible from Vanilla experience (within changes we already got by default like 1.12 talents and items), but this would have NO impact on gameplay, just reduce the channel spam and make less people miss your ad. You still have to whisper each other, set rules and head to dungeon. I’m very interested if there is any argument against this other than “it was not in Vanilla”, because neither was youtube, wowhead and BiS lists and Discord with AH plugins.
So far I’ve not really struggled with finding groups but that’s just because of the guilds my chars are in but I am with this idea tbh, I also find a lot of people haven’t joined the LFG channels or know about them so sometimes people just don’t see all the LFG spam.
Can we just stop with the dumbest trolling suggestion thread competition please, its so 2019.
Imagine using dungeon finder and getting 2 ret paladins, prot pala, bomkin, and you looking to get hoj as rogue or warrior.
If you want dungeon finder go play retail, and if you think retail sucks, you’re the type of player who made it what it is now
then play retail, classic is classic

I run 5 man content every day - with my guild
It’s a good system - we help our guildies get pre-BiS - attunement etc
We help our members fish for those rarer and hard to get BiS slot items
We Raid together
And because of that we have fair and even loot systems
It does not mean we don’t Pug dungeons - we just expect poorer standards of play and - more often than not - folk looking for a carry
I can live with that - and I am happy to assist them
But adding LFG to Classic - it just wouldn’t be Classic anymore - it would be back to running instances with no communication and folk who can do as they please with no come back
If you want to run content other than solo build a network of friends - join a guild - help folk in open world
Over time you’ll start to get messages in game - hey - you got time for X instance etc
It’s how the game was designed to be played before folk started treating it as a console game
It’s not necessary if you actually scan Looking For Group
It’s essentially just laziness
You’ll see an add looking for - more dps for an instance and the next ad will be a dps looking to join a group for that instance
What we have works if folk actually look at it
What OP is asking for - what many folk are asking for - is an auto join queue for instances
