I know its a personal preference but if you actually play enh shaman you also know that the S3 tier is the first of our tiers where we can use both bonuses in all content.
For S1 we didnt utilize the SS bonus since it was a waste to do so.
For S2 we ended up not wanting to use the CL bonus in single target.
S3 is simply the best tier we had this xpack, both in terms of usability but also the playstyle change it brings.
This is a terrible idea overall.
I am one of those players who does not do any PvE content nowadays. I only do high end arena and PvP in general.
The Season 3 set bonus for enhancement shamans as well as elementals shamans is by far the best for PvP activities. In previous seasons you would not even use tier sets for high end PvP for shamans.
If season 1 or 2 set bonuses will win this vote poll, then players alike me are screwed again for an entire season.
but most enha shamans don`t wanna play elemntalist we wanna play storm build and then s1 even beated s2 tier even whit ilvl diff. thats why they even nerfed season 1 set bonus to force us into elemntalist
