There are several characters stuck on the server due to having mail in mailbox. I think most people who have characters stuck in the server thought the Enter World button would be disabled at scheduled maintenance.

Show me more than one post in the last 6 moths that Blizzard have replied to.
As someone who actually read the rules I can see making multiple posts about the same thing is against the rules.
A message can also be just read, replying is not necessary.
It is not the same post. In the first post I simply complained about the matter. In the second post I asked Blizzard to extend Enter World time so people can clear the mail and transfer their characters.

this sucks , was just by chance i asked my friend to check else I would of never got world last Soul of iron

Transfers were Ava since like November, why didn’t you delete your mail in the 3 months since then?
Since their first post was on 22nd about this I can only assume they didn’t think they would be closed at 00:01 or before on 22nd.
Because I have been leveling these chars on the “last days” before the world comes to end. The end of the world just came like a thief in the night thanks to Blizzard’s unexpected expected unexpectedness.
True, there was the buff active on SoM but I think assuming they were being closed at the maintenance was the mistake. Even though the post stated that’s when it would be.
dottie and azenel just dont have a brain mate no point arguing with these divs, they dont know the difference between dates the 21st and 22nd
We aren’t the ones who have messed up their SoM characters.
I notice you didn’t say when they actually closed down the realms, I reckon it was only a few hours before the 22nd.

SOM log in servers ( the enter world option ) Actually got disabled 15:00 Server time.
Have video evidence ( Was streaming my Soul of iron run , and tried to log in on another acc to see if there were any ally in the zone )
So a fair bit of time before the servers officially closed.
I dinged 60 02:00 server time ( on the 22nd ) and stayed logged in till the server closed for maint at 03:00
So the three months extra of SoM people got counts for nothing?
Oh right, they didn’t log people out, only stopped them from logging in from 13:00, 12 hours before they where reset.
Blizzard should just wipe mailboxes of all stuck characters, easy solution, can be automated, and gives a way out for stuck people… but we all know that they won’t do anything. It is what it is.
Pretty much , I watched the server pop go from 20 down to 3 ( me and 2 bots )
grinding Dire maul till they died…
Might of dropped them a ingame mail too ^^
As some quests send follow-up mail, it’s not impossible that some people get stuck like that.
Blizzard could just automatically save the mail into the player inventory, I guess they have the tech without requiring actual UI inputs. (Unless the bags get full, in which case, I don’t know. Maybe not a single abuser like that, so it wouldn’t matter.)
same here. cannot transfer my SoM-char because of the mailbox issue…
