Yes and as countless people here have already told you, the fact that you get spam- reported means youâre p*ssing ppl off in one way or another, and not just once.
At this point it doesnât matter if what youâre doing is against the ToS, itâs a fact people are mass reporting you because of your actions. So opening a thread to complain about this wonât work.
1: Blizz loves their automated systems because it saves them money on GMâs so that wonât change.

If peoples perspective is to rage at and falsely report a person for playing a game the way it was intended, that perspective is objectively wrong, evil and dumb.

Bad mentality. With enough community members speaking out, the report system would absolutely be fixed to treat people innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.
