And remember when Alliance complained about the backdoor, and how it would fix almost everything? All the good players chase honor/hour, and a slow AV win is not worth it as the Horde is turtling. Horde has long queues on all BGs, so a turtle is worth it for them. Perhabs the good players do not play AV and maybe the map is not even the issue after all?
Next time you join an AV, count how many <60’s you have.
The backdoor fix is the perfect example of applying a band-aid on an oozing wound.
But you further prove my points, changes were made aplenty where deemed necessary. So here we are campaigning for a fix.
Can you please stop deluding yourself and keep denying that having the main spawn point placed roughly in the middle of the map as opposite to a far away corner, is a clear and obvious advantage?

Having an advantage of getting a headstart should not result in an outcome of 95% winrate. You should be able to push Horde back just as good as they can push Alliance back
That was NOT the original queue system and it was being exploited in an unintended way giving those players and advantage over players (on their own faction) not using such methods. And that is specifically against the EULA. It was mainly Alliance puggers who complained at first when their own faction dodged queues and leaving them almost alone against 40 Horde.
It is totally reasonable to alert Blizzard about game breaking EXPLOITS unique for Classic. Like for example when only one faction can circumvent a specific queue limitation and join a pug battleground as an organized raid premade.
The backdoors were actual issues that needed fixing. Sure, move the horde cave back, but then you’ll run out of excuses and have to face the real reasons why alliance lose.
YOU stop deluding yourself that the map advantage has a big impact. People keep telling you that the players are what wins the game, and look at who joins AV on either sides. It’s like you don’t take anything in of what people are telling you and you just repeat the same old things on every thread.
