As much as I would love this fixed quickly, realistically we are way down on the priority list right now.
Due to the nature of the gaming industry, games are released regardless of bugs/glitches and are fixed later. Blizzard want to retain as many ‘new players’ as they can to keep the money rolling in. Their priority is Shadowlands first, then all other issues, unless the other issues are game breaking.
All we can do is hope…
Apparently they don’t see it as a problem (or more likely they don’t play their own game and know UNDERSTAND the problem) .
Either way my level 50 ilvl 120 DH has it easier than my level 60 ilvl 195 DH in legion raids. Bonkers by every measure except Blizzlogic.

Sloot did an interview with Ion, it is on the usual places and said something along the lines of ‘power loss is normal at the start of an expansion…’ ‘if you have any specific examples where it scaling is out let them know’ .People have been highlighting this since beta, I firmly believe they want it this way ( but cannot understand why they would - apart from alienating a reasonably large part of their player base)

Not sure about Mythic EN, Helya Raid and NH - last time I tried, they still weren’t possible.

Well “some” of it can be soloed.
LFR, Normal and Heroic Emerald Nightmare and Nighthold are piss-easy.
LFR and Normal ToS, I can solo now.
Heroic, Mythic ToS and Antrous - I don’t know.
what about mythic nighthold?

Still can’t get Gul’dan close to a kill, I could solo him fully geared and corrupted in 8.3 as this character. Eli is killable but takes me an age, my HP hardly moves but neither does hers!
I’d imagine Krosus and Botanist would be tough as well.

So I am a new-ish player, just got back into the game a couple of months ago after a pause of 5 years.
Rolled up a char, got to level 20. Paid. Also purchased Shadowlands with the intent to go there after I finished all the quests. I got hooked on the BFA story, but I then realized I couldn’t do any BFA raids anymore since I outleveled them. Such a pity 
I just want to be able to finish the stories and quests.
Even if we didn’t have trouble with scaling you wouldn’t be able to solo BFA raids until like level 60 and even then you’d need more than just questing gear.
Your best bet right now is once you get to level 60 to make/join groups for transmog runs, can’t really say how many people you need for BFA raids right now though (also depends on their gear obviously).
Since this topic is still alive, let’s give a quick update.
Yesterday me and my friend, so a 210 ilvl Vengeance demon hunter, and ilvl 211 balance druid, went to Antorus the Burning throne on Mythic, to try and kill Aggramar and Argus. We wiped around 6 times, after finally managing to kill it. The execution on the kill however, was 100% precise, otherwise we would just die over and over to add damage, boss damage, bad technique combo (sometimes he would do rend, cleave, rend, tempest and cleave, and since 2nd pair of rend and cleave do 500% increased damage, you need meta + fiery brand to survive, and both would fall off inbetween the tempest). Also perfect timing is needed to explode all adds precisely, if the dot stacks up, we would be overwhelmed by damage and die.
Argus was easy, he just took like 8-9 min to kill with RP, which is alot.
All in all, all this above for a 2 expansions old raid? Aggramar was more difficult and more demanding than a current M+12 run. I can afford more mistakes on a tyrannical boss, than on this 4 years old clown. Absolutely ridiculus.
Ion’s comments actually make me sick. It’s like they don’t play their own game, I feel sometimes.
I came on here just to post about this. For me it’s the biggest disappointment of the expansion. Levelling to max then collecting the gear has always the led to smashing the hell out of old raids and that is MY endgame. Right now I don’t feel any more able to take on Legion content, it’s exactly the same as it was when I was level max level in BFA. Such a shame as when BFA came out I really enjoyed soloing all of the WOD content but I just can’t manage it the same in the Legion stuff. PLEASE hotfix this blizzard, we should feel insanely powerful in these old raids now.
Another one to post disappointment about this. Argus is un-soloable and even Nighthold is very difficult upto Gul’dan (Bosses do little damage but have massive HP.) I’ve not managed to down Gul’dan since squish (206 DH). I could down him with relative ease in 8.3.5.
I’ve been soloing Freehold final boss for mount, this is achievable as the boss does little damage but it takes an age due to his insane level 50 HP. - Kill times are more than double that of when I was level 50 in 8.3.5 (same character).
It is bonkers and to be honest making me play less, old raids, mounts and tmog are a big part of the game for me.
Stupid Blizzard just don’t listen to real things but fix/change nonsense in seconds.
My gametime ends today and i am not coming back unless i see some big changes to content i like, balancing patches etc, for now it’s paying to play early access, or it just feels that way. Peace all.
