Found this community through a friend a couple weeks ago. Nice people in there, knowledgeable as well, really good at helping you get over your humps and reach higher levels.

Sounds nice and all, but, isent that just been a normal wow player?, been there to help other without really getting anything in return ¯\(ツ)/¯ ? (outside ofc, knowing you made another persons day).

Kinda miss argus for that reason, was kinda funny to hand out free mounts to ppl, when you where farming reputation tokens from a “mount dropping” NPC, once a mount dropped for your alt, you can just stalk ppl’s achievement around you, find someone with the lowest score, then trade them a mount, god, where they supriced when they suddenly got a mount they didnt even know where able to drop from that mob <3 ^^.

Sadly that thing didnt made it into Darkshore and the mobs in mechagon “never” drop thier mounts ;_;

Nevertheless, its good to see this “breed” of player is not all gone from wow ^^
atleast i like to think that by helping someone ingame, they will help someone else later on, who will then in return help yet another
(like rings in water)
i mean, we already have the sha of happiness ingame, so our combinded emotion might have triggered something in pandaria :smiley:.

You’re right assassia, but most pugs do not want to Inv low/ok geared char to Keys often.
And most People Maybe dont have ingame friends that can help either, can be anything :slight_smile: But we like to run Keys and at the same time help so the discord group is a Nice place for us

The initiative is something I can get behind, because it takes away any kind of potential gold income from parasites who charge hundred of thousands of gold for dungeon boosts. Kind of a shame there’s no Horde mirror though.

I have to say though, last I visited that Discord (I guess a few weeks ago), there weren’t any channels where I could really talk to people, apart from the few mandatory information channels and such.

Always something there are ppl that likes to run key’s, i personal dont enjoy em.

But hey, if the ppls cant join a high keystone group, who are to say they will not be happy just getting a 430+ ilvl to thier low keys (+2), still miss some of those instance to get a achi, so, maybe i can atleast make 1 group happy each week XD.

Gear is also damn easy to get nowdays, ppl can just do PvP and get CP capped for some free 430+ items! (as long as they like to burst tho 10+ of 415 items), still!..and not all say gear is what matter in the end, some do enjoy collection stuff / do achi, each to thier own ^^.

I am neutral with the initiative, cause it has 0 impact on me, I am sure they don’t boost above 14. And anything below 10 is as toxic as boring forums clowns demanding to remove m+. So the more people get out of this pit hole the better.

I joined the discord, not sure how talking works in it, but hello nevertheless.

Happy to help out with the char in my display, namely looking to just have a bit of experience with aspects of the endgame I have been unable to do so far.

It’s really nice to see that some people aren’t as greedy like those who actively boost for real-world currencies or ingame gold. It may even make the community less toxic by going around the raider,io score requirements, with this idea.

Is this the same boost buddies that got cancelled out of nowhere a while back and went poof or just same name?
