Free char migration from kazzak and draenor

5… 5 days of this and nothing and we pay for this… 2 hours of Queue again now on Draenor, we have to suffer to play a game we like and we pay for waiting… and the only thing that Blizz have to say is “thank you so much for your patience” sad…

You know you take my atention with this expansion and i was very excited to play it, even i get a week off from work to play, but hey you delay it. Nevermind i was waiting for next release date just waiting to go live and buy it, but you messed up again, few days later i cant damn log in because of 3000+ queue and endless waiting…
I’m realy glad that i didnt make the mistake to pre-order, cuz i have that feeling they will make fail start like diablo 3. The hell you got milion dolars form pre-ordering shadowlands and you cant damn manage your top polulated servers to work normaly ?!

My simple question behind the disappointment and anger is… After how many months will be playable ?!

Agree, come on blizzard this is unacceptable and would not be tolerated for other services bought and paid for the same applies to you.

This is gonna sound petty. but i have 16 days or so on my sub and how much ive been playing, i cant see the point of resubbing. everytime i log in 3 to 4 hours wait. Its a total waste of my time and it means when i do get to play, i have to play and fear being DCed and getting back in the queue. No other game could get away with this without issuing refunds or actualy saying something

guys, first of all we are angry at the guys in control not support, but support can pass it on to the ones who do have control. you pass it up and with the ammount of anger and disapointment they should do something

That’s what happens when you overhype the hell out of an expansion, get everyone excited and preordering, taking time off work to play and don’t take care of the load of your servers.

Technology is advanced nowadays and this somehow feels like the days of dial-up modems and antenna phones.

“Dev is hard at work on this issue” - for 5 days now without any solutions? You do realize how much you have disappointed your Draenor/Kazzak playerbase ? Launch has been garbage on these realms, constant disconnects, 3+ hours of queues, bugs, black screens. No chance to compete for firsts, or play the game like a normal human being, and being punished hard for wanting to play on realms with a good economy and solid player count? We can’t even play the game to look at all the other bugs.
And all this after delaying the game because you care about “polish”.

Please take care of this soon and think of an adequate compensation for wasting the time and money of thousands of loyal players.

They will never compensate you m8. They never did before. Shareholders cares about revenue and profit and when this game die one day they reinvest in another company. management on the other hand is care about bonus and wage and social packets etc. You, me, other people we’re just a crowd for them. We are faceless for them, we just a cows who produce them revenue and profit. This is it that is the reality.

it’s sad but you told the right thing…

As I said on the Draenor forum, I understand you are not devs and are limited in your capacity and ability to affect the game, but you do work for the same company and should be doing everything in your power to get the intense dissatisfication of your customer base on these servers across and be pushing for some compensation as we are paying for a service we cannot use. We realise these servers are “full” and there will always be a limit to number of players, hence why we are asking for either game time or free transfers as compensation. The latter becomes much less attractive and useful as the game ages because the queues go down organically. This doesn’t mean we were not affected.

Friends of mine are considering moving entire guilds from Draenor/Kazzak if there are free transfers to low population realms. People that have spent years playing in these communities are being disappointed beyond belief and feeling powerless. This is outrageous.

I understand this is outside of your control to decide but could I get some clarification. The crazy long queue times, is that a temporary measure to reduce number while the issues are being investigated or is reducing the numbers on the server the solution?

Took me 4 hours yesterday to get online and today is not looking much better. This can not be a long term solution.

Common this is just so annoying.
I came from work and want to play a game, but end up being in the queue instead…
Let us transfer to a different realm, please. I don’t even mind paying the transfer fee for 1 character. But I have 7 alts…

came back after 1,5 year off and i cant even sit down and play what i bought. Queue position 2780 300min.Why do i even buy this if you are unable to meet the technical requirements?? Help me understand…
i have all my main toons on Draenor … bought the Epic version of the expansion so i can kick back on a Friday afternoon and … watch my money go to the bin .
2004-2020 says the loggin screen and still the same amateur result… regret my 80 euro purchase!
Free transfers or expand the server !!!

Can you imagine if we all mass unsubed … dont know the numbers but imagine if 5-6 miljon ppl unsubbed … that would put some fire in their actions…

well i have. untill i can see an improvment or at least some action to take there no point. the sub could be saved up for a 3 month sub when its fixed and save me some cash
