I think Blizzard should admit they f*cked up and give Everybody 2 weeks free game time to compensate for the great name reserve scam and the queue/dc fiasco.

I mean Blizzard failed big time (unsurprisingly) but 2 weeks seem a bit much, so far they’ve taken 24 hours of my playtime so a day or two of additional gametime seems about right to me.
Of course assuming everything goes well from now on, otherwise I want more gametime! lol

I agree, they should admit, and most importantly apologize for, their mistake.
I couldn’t care less about a week, or two, or even just a day of game time.
But in general, having something at least say sorry, even if it doesn’t change anything, would feel a lot better than just radio silence.
Old Blizzard would probably have given out a day or two of free game time, as a sign of good will, but Activizzard will neither do that, nor admit they messed up.

I paid my sub two weeks early for a name and character I can’t play. So did many others. I think we should get that back.

I agree more with a return of the last 24-48h sins that is what has failed miserably. 2 weeks is a bit harsh.

it is about the reserve m8. People payed for the subscription to reserve their names, and not to play retail. Tbh, I played a little retail to see how it was, but those who didn’t I believe deserve some justice.

I’m all for free gametime. Sure. Though I’ve been playing on a low pop server and haven’t had any issues.

Done that twice, had to move twice and lost the name I paid to reserve. And still spent hours sitting in queues anyway. Just less hours than the realm I wanted.
